My husband and I were woken up at 3.50am by inconsiderate and selfish people who were talking loudly in the car park. Next time I would appreciate a room on the other side of the corridor( facing away from the car park and overlooking the water). We were both tired in the morning and feeling a little annoyed. We were on our way that morning to take our daughter to hospital for a scheduled operation.

Carpets in rooms look like they could do with a clean. Also the interior bathroom door had what looked like a previously punched hole that had been filled in. Paying for parking at a hotel youve paid to stay in already.

Big room, close to city center - 20 min walking, shop on the corner, 50 min walking to Cardiff city stadium, breakfast was tasty, eat as much you can.

The location was a bit further away from the main part of the bay than expected. We were in a disabled room which was fine but the shower had no curtain around it so the whole of the bathroom got soaked when the shower was on.

The staff were fabulous. So friendly and accommodating.Nothing was too much trouble. Food from the restaurant was lovely and good value. Good housekeeping service. Excellent value for money. Thank you all so much.

Breakfast very busy, only one coffee machine. A bit of a trek to city centre. Felt rushed to go out for the day with housekeeping knocking on the door a couple of times. Lighting in room a bit dingy.

The shower, although hot, was very weak and therefore it was difficult to wash all traces of shampoo off.

The breakfast was very good although the croissants regularly ran out. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Ideal spot within a walk to the Bay entertainments. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast spot on for a days work

The pillows were almost lumpy, the filling was not very nice. The noise travels fast and far and all night you could hear banging.

Staff were friendly and room overall was nice, bed itself was very comfortable.

Had to pay £10 extra for parking for a site that has a car park with it??? On top of top of that the entrance and exit barrier wasn’t even working properly, had to go and get a member of staff to let us in. Use some of that parking money to fix the barrier!! We had a back room overlooking the water, it’s not the pleasant view you would expect sadly. At night time I could hear a constant hum from the industrial unit opposite and you can really hear the road noise even though it is in the distance. Seriously need to invest in some decent windows as we had a very fitful sleep.

There was annoying noise from the bed, even on slight movement. Canal view was not provided on request at the reception.

Food in the restaurant was cold. Prese Station was great just not hot. Only one chair in the room with 2 guests.

Breakfast, hash browns were so overdone they were just dry shells and the sausages were disgusting. The sausages were poor quality and poorly cooked I ended up on day two having toast and butter.
