We had a lovely time during our stay and was very close to all amenities that we required.

The balcony wasn’t clean and looked out into a building site (not the owners problem though) but would have been nice to be aware of this before booking. The dishwasher wasn’t working but wasn’t really an issue as we ate out during our stay, was disappointed that we had to deal with the repair man during our stay without any prior warning.

It was a lovely apartment with close proximity to local attractions.

Unusual to have to put down a deposit and upload ID to confirm a booking. Photos and price suggest something a little more premium than the reality of the apartment. Multiple messages from the company about their rentals having ”wear and tear" warned of this, but from looking at other options in Bristol I don't think it was reflected in the price...

Close to the centre of Bristol and train station. Apartment is fine.

Lovely, value-for-money stay. Come for the location (not the balcony!)

The levels of cleanliness weren't consistent. The dishwasher and bathtub had mildew on them, the dishwasher didn't work despite repeated attempts to run it, there was waterdamage on the floor (presumably from previous floods of the dishwasher) and there were some elements overlooked - no coffee making facilities for example - and other elements that looked like this may have been a partially tenanted flat ie. post in the cupboards, some old oranges in a drawer, a utility cupboard with belongings in them. I wouldn't lead with the balcony in the description as this looks onto a building site/brick wall and is covered in birdshit. Worth knowing that there will be building works from 9am on weekdays for the duration of the (long) project. They didn't work on weekends so you can have a lie-in. Bring a cafetiere and some earplugs and you'll be fine.

Location was excellent, couldn't have asked for better. The furnishings were lovely - the photos didn't do them justice. The shower was fantastic. Powerful and hot.

    Disappointing

No toilet roll in the property. Very poor quality sealing on windows letting in all the noise from the very big construction site next door. 1 very flat and lumpy pillow each.

The location is extremely convenient, extremely clean.
