The cottage was really cozy, and clean, exactly as pictured. The location could not have been better when it comes to accessing everything (restaurants, shops, sights). We had a really comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it!

The location is further from the lake than I have expected. There is no view of the lake.

Although the shower didn't work, the owner tried very kindly to help us.

Upstairs bedrooms but downstairs bathroom . There was a bright light outside the window It was a short walk from the car parking slot to the property , which may be a challenge with heavy bags

We couldn't get the shower to work. Tried flipping the switch in the hall and it didn't activate the shower so we couldn't use it. If there is more we should have done, it should have been in the instructions. I expected to be notified of the code to get in, but had to ask. Once I got it, it was easy to get in. The directions on getting the heater to work weren't clear.

The house was of good size and comfortable and the location was great. It was the right size for us and we enjoyed seeing the town. Our stay was brief so not too much to add.

Great location, the house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was able to answer a question we had quickly and sent all the necessary information to access the house in advance. Would use again and will reccommend to friends and family.

Downstairs was a bit chilly with no real heat from wood fire, however the rest of the house was lovely and toasty.

We didn’t figure out how to get hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink. Shower hot water was fine so we didn’t pursue a solution.

There were absolutely zero negatives or nothing we didn't like. Well, it rained, but that did not spoil anything. I'm sure the owners would have changed that if they could as they were so helpful throughout.

Luss is one of my favourite places in the world. We have a lot going on at the moment and needed to decompress in my favourite place. This cottage was just amazing. Easy check in with clear instructions. Clean, more than comfortable. Clear & complete instructions for heating, WiFi, etc. It's such a good vibe throughout. Logs provided for the fire was a beautiful touch. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer.

I would upgrade the blinds to black out blinds as the current blinds are thin and allow a lot of light into the room when the sun rises. There is a small ramp to park your car with a concrete ridge, we damaged our alloys on the way in, it was our fault but would have preferred the ridge to be painted to make it more obvious to us or for an update in the accommodation policies to let us know it was there.

In a great location, cosy cottage with a garden which was great for having a coffee in the morning. There was everything you could need in the cottage and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with the owner prior to our stay and they allowed us early entry to leave our bags as we had a wedding to attend.
