Left expensive pair of shorts in bathroom, called back to get them but didn’t get a reply

Sadly we had one bad experience with the cleaning of the room. We left the door open not disturb button on and when we got back to the room there was a note from room service saying call the Royal Service to get the room cleaned we spoke to them 3 times and they said they would clean the room while we were out for dinner We arrived back at 11.30pm and the room had not been cleaned .. when we called them they said it was too late to clean the room but came with new towels only Not good enough for a hotel of this standing

A/C in the room was difficult to master. Some staff had a dismissive attitude in the restaurants, had to ask a lot of time to get what you need, no forward thinking.

The hotel is magical, very well located close to Windsor Royal Park, beautifully maintained and laid our. Great facilities, well equipped. Gym is amazing. Swimming pool and spa are perfect.

There isn't anything to note. The outside pool was out of action but that was explained due to new tiling being done. Perhaps they could have warned in advance?

The grounds are truly beautiful. I have to say that the standout feature of this hotel is the staff, they are so friendly and approachable, great service. The staff really go out of their way to greet you every time they see you. A wonderful stay for my partner's 30th birthday!

From the moment you drive up, you know this castle-esque property is something special. The lobby is stunning and fresh flowers are everywhere. We loved the flavored water upon welcome and the attention to detail in the decor is second to none. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We asked at check in if we should make a dinner reservation and were told it wouldn’t be necessary. When we went down to eat the M restaurant was fully booked. Disappointing. We had small plates in the bar which were nice but not quite what we were hoping for.

The queen room was lovely and spacious for a weekend break. We enjoyed our time in the spa, gym and walking the vast grounds. Staff very kind and courteous.

The restaurant we were booked into - wasn’t a pleasant experience. The first point I would like to make was when a member of staff started sweeping under our table, sweeping my partners feet, under the table, whilst we were eating our starters. I questioned if it needed to be done whilst we were eating and he said he wanted to keep the restaurant clean. I then suggested cleaning before the guests arrived (the mess was already there when we sat down) - which I found funny as none of our starters played were cleared away before our mains arrived. And even then, the plates weren’t removed, the new plates were squeezed onto the table. Before I requested to clear the table a little. The restaurant was half empty .. but the staff were super slow in servicing drinks - they were sat on the side for a good period of time before I went to the bar and collected them myself. I ordered a burger - I was told I had to have the burger ‘well done’ for health and safety reasons. Which I found odd.

The hotel as a whole is unbelievable. Nice bar area. Wonderful rooms. Friendly staff

View from room was disappointing - could have been anywhere.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were scrupulously clean with every possible amenity required. Excellent spa facilities.

There was nothing not to like!

Beautiful property. The room was nicely presented and the bed so comfortable! We had lunch in the spa cafe which was delicious. The spa facilities are amazing, great outside heated pool. Robes & slippers provided. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was exceptional, the staff especially Pardeep were so attentive and provide wonderful service. The cocktails we had in both bars were great. Breakfast was also fabulous, loads of choice from the buffet, or you can also order from the menu. We walked around the grounds and enjoyed sitting in the lounge areas. We booked this to celebrate 40th birthdays and it did not disappoint! We said we will stay here every year now to celebrate our birthdays! The staff went above and beyond and the property is stunning!

Amazing location and grounds, to match the magnificent hotel that is the Fairmont. From the minute you drive over the bridge, to the valet, to checking in - Everywhere is of the highest standard. The room was amazing and I shall definitely be returning. We went there mainly for the spa, which again was very good. There could have been more lounge beds, but aside from that, I cannot fault it! The staff are very attentive and provide the greatest service.

I wasn't impressed with our room. It was very small and not what we expected for the amount of money we paid. The was no dressing table so had to stand up when doing my hair and make-up. The wall was damaged and has not been repaired. The toilet seat was not secure either
