Whilst the sink did, the shower did not run hot water. One of the group also tried with no success. Highlighted this to the owner who stated that “she’d never had any previous complaints” and “she didn’t know what to suggest”. No offer to help/rectify. Upon checkout the owner said she tried the shower whilst I was out for the day and it ran hot, however I simply couldn’t get it running hot. Was very dismissive of what I said. Thankfully was able to use a friends room

Great location, spotlessly clean room, basic room in terms of facilities (eg no tea/coffee in room etc) however this was reflective of the price paid £29 per night. All rooms are en-suite

The bathrooms are very small in a cupboard in the bedroom I felt like I had no privacy. Payment taken from bank 4 days prior to going although it says pay at the property. To have the bathroom light on we had to have the main light on in the room. Not convenient when using toilet through the night.

Rooms were big enough, staff member was lovely that booked us in. Rooms were tidy and clean. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. And towels were provided. Can't fault the bnb for a cheap little getaway

Was very outdated needed redecorating and wasn't impressed that couldn't have bathroom light on without having main room light on so not good if needing bathroom at night

Rude reception.. decor tired.. fusty smell.. un ironed and stained linen BUT was clean. No signal for TV. . Noisey.. Dripping tap.. uneven and loose laminate flooring. . Dirty cups and no milk for tea and coffee. No option for a fan despite it being 28 degrees in the room with one tiny window

The hotel was cheap but the room was small the bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries toilet roll holder broke shower wasn't on wall securely the sink made a noise everything u ran the water We had no refills on tea milk only got a bath towel no hand towel...stayed in a few gusee houses in Blackpool this was definitely the worst wouldn't stay again

When we got there the place was locked, had to phone to get someone to come, even though we told them what time we would be arriving. It took ages for someone to let us in. When you walked in it was dark and dingy, the boy who checked us in was pleasant enough, but that was the last you seen of anyone. Our hotel stay “included breakfast” but when we asked we were told “no breakfast”. Why am I paying for it then? To be honest, I wouldn’t have touched it anyway considering the poor cleanliness throughout. The room was basic, and the bed was quite comfy, but there was holes in the walls and the shower pressure was so bad. I wasn’t expecting the ritz but it’s not too much to ask to have a clean room and a proper working shower. On check out it states check out is between 8am-10am. We checked out at 8.03am, or should I say, we tried to check out. The reception was locked and in darkness so had to try and squeeze the keys underneath the door. We also noticed a sign on the way out that said “no food or drink in the rooms or extra charges will apply.” We had food in our room but contained all our rubbish so will keep an eye on card charges. If you don’t offer a bar area which is shut, then i’m also going to have a drink in my room. Wouldn’t return here, but for what it was for it was ok. There are better hotels in Blackpool for the price we paid.

The central location was ideal as it was booked for a football trip so plenty bars and eating places around and easily accessible.

Could’ve done with a deep clean in the room, the organisation of the car park needs rethinking as I got completely blocked in one day when I needed to leave to work, with no solution other than you’ll have to go get the bus. Typically the hotel will take the car keys but apparently not here.
