Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPersonally we found the mattresses a little too soft, but they were in excellent condition. The room heating was by electric convection; whilst more than adequate, it was only available at predetermined times and made it difficult to maintain an even temperature.
The staff were very helpful, everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was freshly prepared with a good choice of options.

United Kingdomvery small shower and the window in the bedroom didn't let in much light. As with most hotels there is no top sheet on the bed and only a rather heavy duvet which was a problem on a hot night.
The staff were particularly helpful and the breakfast was good. The Falcon is close to the main shopping area.
