Two sets of extremely steep stairs, awful smell in apartment and fridge. Parking on main street/ side streets inconvenient.

The bathroom is on a different floor to the bedrooms and the floors are a bit wonky... but there is nothing much that can be done about that and all adds to the charm!

This property is in a convenient spot not far outside the city centre. The owner was lovely and responded straight away when I called him to resolve a minor issue. We had a lovely stay here and will return if possible when we stay in Liverpool again.

The floor was a bit uneven but if you’re paying attention it’s fine. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be good as the bathroom is on a different level to the bedrooms.

Great location for the city with regular buses nearby. Parking on a nearby street east to access. Very good communication with host. Despite being on a main road the accommodation was quiet and east to sleep in.

Location was great with on street parking right outside. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Decided to stay an extra night whilst there and host was very accommodating.

Could have done with a deeper clean. There were some crumbs on the sofa and floor in the living room but it was just a case of missing them rather than it not being cleaned.

All the rooms were well presented and comfortable. Easy to park on the adjacent street. When the provided code didn’t work, a quick phone call was all it took and it was sorted.

Stairs very steep, beds very bouncy, but having said that they were good mattresses and I slept well. Only one tiny towel provided per person, so couldn't really take a bath. No tea towel so couldn't dry the washing up.

Price, cleanliness, easy to get in. Lots of free bottled water.

Hole in wall in bedroom, few marks on walls. Noise at night till late as above takeaways and off licence.

Very close to everywhere. Easy communication. Convenience to shops. Large rooms, can accommodate 5 people. Great and fast communication with the owner. Basic items already there for you. .

There are so many (steep) stairs. One flight to get to the apartment and then another set to the bedrooms. The place wasn't tidy. It was as if someone had suddenly remembered there were people staying and left. There is not enough equipment for a family, no baking trays, a small amount of cutlery, and crockery. There is no key for the apartment, just a code for the main door downstairs, which you couldn't even cover when typing in because it was so high up. Don't get me wrong, the place is alright, but not what I had envisioned when I wanted a last minute, relaxing get away before Christmas
