We were given the incorrect code for the door and had to call the number given. A very nice and helpful ‘Fred’ quickly sorted and gaffe an alternative code.

Kitchen pots & pans could be upgraded as well as the dullest knives ever encountered. Heating and boiler systems were challenging to operate for those unfamiliar with these types of systems. Good support available to assist.

Location great to walk into central Belfast. Spacious kitchen and comfortable lounge furniture. Parking very easy.

The stairs upstairs are step (normal Belfast home) but these stairs were wider than normal, which was wonderful and had a handrail, most of a hand rail looks like a piece was broken and needed to be replaced.🙂

Everything. Clean, east to use all appliances and heat, tv in bedroom for my mum-sleeps with tv on. ;) There was a lovely wee back garden to sit outside I. The lovely weather and sunshine. We walked everywhere in Belfast from this place and east bus access. Had tea bags and coffee, s/p, a wee bit of milk, basics to get you started. TV’s had lots of channels and easy to use. We were visiting due to a family terminal illness. We will definitely be back, unfortunately it might be sooner rather than later. But at least we will know we are getting great accommodations. We had another place booked in town and it was disgusting. This place was flexible with us and helped me and my 71 yo mother get into the accommodations. Thank you so much. I went from crying to smiling. Thank you so much. It would be nice to offer return customers a discount code, maybe you do this already.

Only one little thing was we found the bedrooms & skirting were dusty. the dust looked like it had built up a little overtime especially in the guest bedroom where you’d place clothes on the rack the shelves and floor were dusty so much that you could see and the dressing table was thick with dust.

Location wise it was great, so close to the city centre of Belfast. just an overall brilliant location as close by in taxis etc for everything you need. Easy to find. Beds were lovely & comfy & bathroom/shower very nice. Nice big space in kitchen & lounge as a group of 4. Nothing to complain about for the price.

Zoe was a great host,there was a bit of a mix-up regarding the bed situation for one of the rooms, and she went out of her way to solve the issue, the house was very tidy and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, location was also very close to the city centre so everything was within walking distance and no transport was needed, would definitely stay here again if I'm ever up in Belfast.

I love how clean it was, the kitchen is to die for, warm cost beds, perfect size living room for 4 of us. 5 mins walk to Court Castle, less than 10 mins to city hall and Victoria Square. I am a small girl so maybe quicker for those with longer legs.
