Not a thing!

Freedom to come & go; if I felt like staying in, not a problem. The facilities were great, & a decent size fridge was a bonus. I could have my own cereal/continental breakfast whenever I decided to get up.... well, I was in holiday! The on-site restaurant/cafe was a bonus, serving delicious evening meals as well as sandwiches & cakes after the full English breakfast from 8am to 8pm. All the staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Plus point, my car was at my door! Think I've found my new bolt hole!!

It was a little disappointing the room was not completely turned round as it would have been if someone else paid for another night, eg nice to have cups etc washed, new bag put in both bins, soap replaced, biscuits etc.

There were all the amenities we required, double bed, heating, TV kettle, en suite, fridge and easy parking with an excellant cafe.

Some items in need of maintenance. We had tissue in the side of our bathroom fan and the taps moved when you turn them on

Comfortable and great value -in a great location. Rooms aren't huge but perfectly fine with everything you need.

Excellent location, friendly staff,love cafe and a great room,the village is great with two pubs and a village shop,the locals are very friendly and helpful...nothing seems too much bother..also about 5mins on bus to seahouses but it's seems the buses aren't always on time..

The location was perfect especially for an overnight stop off on way to Inverness. We re-booked whilst we were there for the return journey and cancelled the property we'd already booked. The on site cafe is excellent too. Planning to go there again but for a longer stay. The decor was lovely and it was such a peaceful place despite being full. Very cosy and comfy.

Parking a bit congested, so get in early.

Had everything I needed, clean, double bed shower. Neighbours a bit inconsiderate with noise, but other than that it was fine. £70 per night.

That there wasn't a small table inside to make hot drinks on. Being short I found it difficult to make drinks on top of the chest of drawers. But the availability of many tea bags, coffee sticks, milk tubs and biscuits was most excellent. I do understand that there probably wasn't room to put a small table in without reorganising the room.

The location. Ideal for the start of the Northumberland Coastal Run. Also the availability to stay Sunday after the race to relax and recover.

Nothing to dislike

Great stay good value clean and comfortable arrived early but room ready on arrival 2nd visit always made welcome .Ideal location for pub beach and walks. Walked the beach to Seahouses good bus service on return thanks for everything
