Better condition of the Room. More powerful shower would be better. Lots of unfinihed jobs done to a bad DIY standard

Good location, Hotel a bit run down but i guess fair for the price

Booking a space for £10 only to lose it if you move your car, we would advise anyone to find alternative parking.

The location is brilliant, close to the tower and attractions.

Room was very warm at night,so had to open window through the night which meant noisy seagulls in the morning but apart from that stay was good.

Bed was comfy so decent sleep. Bev and staff were very helpful and friendly, didn't bother you at all just left you to get on with your holiday and bathroom's regularly sanitised.Hotel was basic but we only needed it for sleeping as there is so much to do on the doorstep as location of the hotel is great. Would book again.

Unfortunately our shower didn't run hot, although we were only there for one night so didn't really bother us and didn't have a chance to query it with staff.

Helpful staff, we decided last minute to stay over and had no chargers for our phone, they were more than happy to loam us one

The shower leaked and wasn't clean . The soap tray was black with slimy gunge and there was what seemed shower/gel down the wall. The shower tray needed replacing and it actually leaked into the bathroom floor and had to use one of the towels. The shower door didn't shut properly either. The drawers in the room were in need of replacing. The curtains were mismatched. The bed was comfy and the room was warm enough.

    The location was good

Room is in desperate need of modernising. Badly decorated and patch up jobs. Requires ripping out and starting from scratch. Shower cubicle too small, step is in the way in the bathroom. Shower curtains are unhygienic. Towels provided are too small. Not worth the money that I paid.

Large comfortable bed and large TV. Ensuite and coffee making facilities. Friendly welcome.

Good location (for us) & friendly welcoming but definitely not worth the price! The parking for the car was ok, round the back in a tiny car park but £15 for less than 24hrs was a joke but more to the point, as soon as we got our keys to the rooms, one key didn’t even work in the door & we were told the heater had broke in ours. Instead of being offered a different room (as there were vacancies) we got given an electric fire for the room which was meant to be wall-mounted but left on the floor (not PAT tested may I add) & just got told ‘not to leave it on when going out’… when we tried to have a wash and freshen up before going out, no hot water! The bathroom was a disgrace, you’d feel dirtier after washing! There were stains everywhere in the whole room. Wires cut everywhere, extension cables for plugs in one socket. The towels on the bed were dirty & damp. The draft from the under the bedroom door was ridiculous (which were all internal doors with no excluders or fire safe) Me and my partner had to sleep at the other end of the bed as it was that cold on the wall and we slept fully clothed due to being so cold! Well, that’s when we did sleep. One pillow each was ridiculous the duvet was far too thin and the bed was so uncomfortable! On check-out no one was around so we had to leave the keys on the table on the way out which was very awkward… the only positive was the location which was brilliant for the event we attended at the winter gardens, can safely say if we hadn’t have had this event we would have certainly drove the 2 hours back home as it was a disgrace, they definitely need checking out by health & safety if you ask me! Please don’t waste your money like I did!
