Our room was very comfortable with a great view. Self check in process was straight forward and after check out we were able to leave our bags in the communal area until we were ready to leave. Communal areas included a lounge, dining room, and kitchen which was well equipped.

Perhaps the bathroom was a little bit small and similar to a caravan bathroom

The location was great, the check in was straight forward, there was use of a kitchen I think, I used the freezer to store my ice. Also had a parking space.

The parking arrangements weren’t great. We couldn’t get a space all weekend so had to pay to park somewhere else. Also we couldn’t find anymore milk in the kitchen downstairs, and it took us a while to figure the heating out but got it sorted after messaging the property. But overall a really good stay.

We stayed four days, it was perfect! Amazing views from the room and bed is very comfortable, room is well kept as well. Near the pier! If you want to explore the lakes. Walking distance from the shops too.

The 10am checkout is very early. The bathroom is very basic, aeroplane style.

The entrance from the back was covered in thick ice and dangerous and should have been cleared before arrival, cleaner was lovely and cleared it all for us

The bathroom was very tiny in room 2, but it didn’t bother us as we were there a few nights and it was very clean which was important to us.

Lovely cosy place, excellent friendly communication on hand, easy to access, secure, very clean, beautiful view, excellent location.

The hotel was located very well and in very close proximity to all the places in Bowness. The rooms were extremely well furnished and had taken care of daily necessities such as water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The complimentary cup cakes were "the real icing on the Cake". The breakfast at Brysons Tea room was excellent.

It's good, but It could be better if rooms had A/C during summer, however, it shouldn't be a problem in late summer or in other seasons.

Very nice experience to stay at this place. The host was so helpful and friendly. The property is in a beautiful and very quite area.

The bathroom is very small and cramped. It felt like a prefabricated one that is dropped in place. It was clean and fully functional though. The bed is quite hard, as are the pillows.

Amazing location. Very close to the centre but just up a quiet road. You wouldn't know you were so close to town because it was very peaceful. The view from the room was great. You can see the lake and the ferry. Also good side view of the fells from the fantastic bay window. And you can see the rabbits play on the lawn opposite. 2 comfortable chairs to watch the view. We didn't hear any noise in the room, very quiet and peaceful. Patricia was very welcoming and immediately made us feel at home

Bathroom was a bit too small however functional.

Excellent location and a lovely small and cozy setup. Facilities were good and accessing the facility was well managed. Parking spot helped further and we were lucky in getting the parking slot available.

The only thing I can say here was the water temperature in the shower kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold without me touching the thermostat
