For a long booking like ours a few extra toilet rolls and an extra towel each would have been great

The property offered us a great base for exploring Sheringham, Cromer, Holt, Wells Next To Sea and the train to Norwich is an easy journey of just under an hour. The location in the town makes the sandy beaches fully accessible! The property is small but perfect for putting your head down and great value for money. It became our home from home.

I wish it had been cleaned more thoroughly, lots of cobwebs and had to go over the fridge.. fingerprints on toaster and tea caddy although we did not use the caddy I would have liked a little dustpan and brush and a small iron and board

As others said, it could have been cleaner, cleaning was done on surface level only, some kitchen items where dirty, some mould in bathroom. Also, as other said, had to buy more toilet roll, which is not something I had to do before on short stays. Its only a small detail, but I would have thought not too diffiult or expensive to supply.

Lovely place in a great location. Perfect for a short stay. It warmed up nicely and everyting worked fine. Bed was comfy and it was quiet.

TV didn't work on normal channels but a good selection of DVDs to watch. Accessing the key was tricky in the dark as key box numbers are quite worn. We got there in the end though.

Location was perfect with easy access to everything. There was everything you needed within the cottage given its tiny size. It heated up quickly and plenty of hot water for kitchen and shower. Very cosy overall.

No draining board TV could only get BBC. Didn’t understand instructions, but we are elderly. Key safe difficult to use for anyone without very good eyesight and very fiddly getting all the numbers to line up. One toilet roll supplied for Monday to Friday. We had to buy more.

Great central location in the heart of Sheringham, shops,pubs and theatre on doorstep, Approx 200 yds to the sea, beautiful beach, easy access to Cromer either by bus, train or walk on the coastal path.

Good location just off the Main Street. Parking available in side streets but I would think could be more difficult at busy times. Nicely decorated and modernised. “Cosy”

The curtains in the bedroom did'nt fit well so the bedroom was never dark and was flooded with light quite early in the morning. There were slight mold spots in the bathroom that need attention.

The cottage was very comfortable, with excellent heating and very good facilities. Great location, right in the middle of Sheringham. Owner very friendly, and provided all the information about location, key, appliances and so on by email a week before; really useful! Will definitely stay there again.

Needs a non slip mat in lounge area as we didn't think to bring footwear for relaxing and floor was cold on socked feet. Had to wear our outdoor footwear.
