Previous people to stay spilt something in the oven and didn't clean it. Spoke to Jane and she was so apologetic and offered to clean it when we was out so no great drama

Property bigger than we thought, location is spot on, owners very helpful, bedrooms are big, bathroom huge and the underfloor heating is a bonus. Can't say anything bad about it!

Yard door good design but heavy and not easy to use; french entrance door lock tricky. Probable end of season fatigue and in need of maintenance.

Location was great 5 min to town and fistral beach General cleanliness Host messaged to check in. Lovely guest book with info and previous guest comments of places to eat and visit. Loved the fresh milk and tea and coffee. Also liked that the place had cleaning products ready to use and reused what other guest left behind (spesh as we stayed for 2 nights, saved on buying cleaning products) Bathroom also had toiletries.

The only suggestion I would make is to add a few hooks or shelves downstairs to store a few items. We travelled as a family of four with a 13 and 15 year old so had a fair bit of luggage.

Great location, a short walk to Fistral beach, the town and other beaches. Lovely accommodation and a comfy bed. Good communication with owners. Having a parking space was great. We did manage to park our estate car onto the drive - originally we thought that we may not be able from the photo, so this was a bonus.

You could park in the cobbled courtyard they had however it was a very tight squeeze and awkward to maneuver in and out

It was fine

It was central and comfortable. It wasn’t in an area that I was expecting. Think I thought it was closer to the beach and had a sea view. It was fine though.

Our friends wished that their room was a little bigger, and we didn’t spend as much time in the lounge area as we might have done if the sofa comfortably fit all 4 of us, but these are such minor complaints, if we’re really nitpicking, because we would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!

The property is lovely and we really loved our stay. It was clean and we were greeted with friendly notes in the property, and helpful information to assist us with our stay there. It was really cosy and there was everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We especially loved that we could bring our little dog, and there was underfloor heating downstairs which was an extra added bonus! The beds were super comfortable too.

The location was absolutely excellent. Communication before hand was fantastic, very cozy and comfortable home away from home. Would definitely stay again when visiting Newquay !

Some elements were a little tired but the overall layout was great for 2 small families near the beach!

Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome and part of their home. Location was good, 10 mins from Fistral or the town centre. Parking better than expected. Very helpful owners.
