Getting locked out of my room and there being no clear contact information for the property manager. I spent half the night in the hallway after the electric code lock failed on the door to my room. No apologies from the owner or offer to extend the stay. Very poor customer service. Left more stressed and tired than when I arrived

A great hotel superbly clean room within walking distance of beach promenade and town centre shops. Easily walkable from the town centre 15 minutes or less. Been here twice location handy.

They locked me out of my room a day earlier than my check out date by changing the access code to my room. It was a cold evening and I was stranded and had to book and sleep at another hotel without access to my toiletries and clothes since the hotel held on to all my belongings. Every attempt to contact them failed on the day as well as attempted contacts from booking.com once I raised the complaint. Booking.com has subsequently assured me that the hotel will revert to me but up till now I have not received any meaningful response from the hotel. The only response from them suggests I do not have a valid reason to complain because my room was clean!!!

Everything bathroom door didnt even shut we got bit to bits it's disgusting the whole place is in disrepair wallpaper hanging off the wall as you walk in the filthy walls shelves floors would not recommend to anyone want my money back couldn't even sleep inside blanket as was filthy had to use our own towels to wrap ourselves in as it was that dirty had to throw half my brother away incase of infestation of whatever it was that bit us absolutely disgraceful can't understand why booking even has this on the website!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been too. I was going to ignore the lack of hygiene, mould because of the price paid until we came across an infested bed with bed bugs. Disgusting, I left before the end of trip.

Arriving home bitten multiple times by bed bugs ask great Yarmouth council IV spoken to the environmenal people and they have confirmed property has and is under investigation !

BLACK Mold everywhere.......this mould is a well known health hazard..and csn cause serious illnesses.FILTHY BATHROOM FLOOR ..electric socket not working...broken bathroom light exposed bulb...I should of read reviews before booking...other guests say the same...Owner says Thankyou and we appreciate your view and we will look into it...RUBBISH...This property should be removed from Booking Com...and I would live a Full Refund

You can hear everyone in the hotel, the people next to us were shouting until 2am meaning we didn’t get much sleep. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin. Bathroom light wasn’t bright and felt like you was in the dark when you closed the door.

The location was amazing woke up to a nice sea view. Easy instructions on how to enter the property.

No staff, the advert for this hotel says fans in every room, no fans were there, only 1 plug worked in my room, only very small cups were provided so all you'd get is a mouthful of tea, the bed linen was dirty, the plaque on the wall outside says there's a bar but there isn't so that needs changing, the advert also says sound proofing in the rooms, no there isn't, the people above me were very annoying stamping around all night but no one to tell, I didn't want to write a negative report but you can't help it.

The position of the hotel was great right in the middle of everything

The only thing I didn't know was 1st floor is upstairs, not ground level. The security is great, the two tier system is on point
