The sofa bed was not for two people but so uncomfortable plus no Internet and the shower was extremely hot and the heating had a mind off it own

A bit cold at night, it said the stat was off but we could not find a stat anywhere. The shower was very hot and didnt turn down but we always had plenty of hot water

close to the beach and harbour, local shop and bakery seconds away ,town centre 5 min walk. spacious flat that had everything you could want.

The bed was a little bit soft for my comfort, I hate a hard bed so I understand it's hard to get the best for everyone.

Heating hard to control had a mind of its own, double bed on the small size, we're not tall and feet kept sticking outside bottom of bed.

Very clean, comfortable, wifi, everything you needed, Chinese on both sides just round corner, close to all amenities , parking on site.

the bed was uncomfortable - mattress, duvet and pillows were old and worn. the futon in the living room is not suitable - it needs replacing. you can feel the metal through the cushions and the duvet and pillows are stored on the floor. the bathroom needs some tlc - the shower was loose and we could not change the temperature. the toilet roll holder was broken. no hand soap was provided and limited toilet paper. kitchen was well equipped and dish soap was provided but no coffee or tea.

location good. kitchen well equipped. internet worked well. smart tv. heating worked well. clean. for the price, it was ok. quiet - no noise woke us up in the night.

The bed springs stuck in my body, so sleeping was not good. A new mattress would be a good investment. The bed is the only thing that would put me off having a return visit.

Mattress wasn't the best. Shower was a pain to get water to an ideal temperature.

Excellent location which was very easy to find. Offroad parking. Iron + ironing board supplied (it wasn't the last time we stayed)

most annoying were the fire doors. two to get from the kitchen to the living/dinning room. making a brew or serving food was a bind. one cup or one plate at a time, as one hand had to pull hard to keep the door open, "breakfast bar" in the kitchen would have sufficed, and most welcome, the rooms were either end of a corridor.! room thermostate didnt work. it was no heating or 24 deg. and my wife refused the shower as the cold tap didnt play . got it set right for me eventualy ,but i could see her concern.

liked the simple uncluttered rooms. plen ty of space to move around. newly furnished i think so well kept. a little quirky in the layout, but was fine.

Greasy pans, cutlery and drawer, crockery not clean or glasses, need a good dishwas clean oven top burning with grease. Back yard would have been a great assett to sit in the sun with breakastif tidied with a table and chairs.

The only thing was that the brown sofa suede bed was beautiful to look at and obviously good quality but there was a dip where the framework had actually broken so became very uncomfortable to sleep on so slept on the red leather sofa after the first night. The one thing we were disappointed at was that the WIFI didn't work properly and bearing in mind that we were a Grannie, Daughter and 2 teenage kids was a bit of a pain as all their data was used up in the flat rather than they being able to come back and get their data topped up at the flat. One last thing on the last day we noticed ants coming from behind the microwave. It's a flat, a good flat so I myself was very happy to stay there as long as what has been mentioned has been rectified.

The amount of space for all persons were very good.

It was a lovely little flat worth the money I payed I would stay here again, nice walk to town centre and good work to and from train station

Flat was clean but could have been better dusty broken slates on bed broken pull strings on blinds to short did report over all could do with a bit of maintenance other than that I would book again

The main bedroom was messy on arrival. Dirty bedding on the floor. Terribly uncomfortable sofa bed (luckily I had read the reviews on this and had brought extra padding!) Heavy noisy fire doors. Broken Yale lock on fire exit. The back courtyard was very uncared for, broken pram in the garden. Limited glasses and other things such as scissors. The shower was very hard to regulate the temperature and the toilet roll holder was broken.

The location and parking were excellent.
