CyprusThe entrance is around the back immediately through a wooden gate next to a rusty metal staircase ( your view from the only window) and then through a fire escape door. The bathroom light and fan is activated by a motion detector which is noisy and inconvenient when used at night. We shut the wooden gate when we returned at around 22.30hrs only to be woken by somebody kicking the gate off it’s hinges about an hour later. Parking is not allocated with the off road parking congested as the building contains many flats with only a small parking area. Although quiet we just didn’t feel safe.

NetherlandsPoorly equipped kitchen (it was sold as an appartment with fully-equipped kitchen. Small bed against the wall and the bathroom door bangs against it. the shower head sprays everywhere and needs replacing. The TV bracket is not securely attached to the wall: we were afraid to use it.
Good location, close to the bus stop for town and close walking distance to Boscombe pier and beech as well as Boscombe shops.

United KingdomI did not like the other people above us what were arguing all night and then contractors came in drilling and banging around from7.15 in morning and we rang up to complain because it was a waste of £60:basically coz we couldn't get any sleep, the contact point for the property have done nothing about our problem we had with our stay and didn't even try to sort us with any sort of compensation they just said contact booking.com and we all know where this will go NO WHERE
The property was perfect and the facilities where very good apart from no TV aerial in the TV so u have to use Netflix on there WiFi but even then we couldn't watch anything because the subscription needed paying for

Mattress was way too soft for me. Only one fork. Window has no latch so you can’t keep it open for when you go out. And the concrete garden is a trip hazard.

United KingdomThe blood stain on matress topper, the entrance was dangerous from back gate then a huge step into communal door then a small step into flat to which I tripped twice. The hob I could not get to work, no kettle or iorn no pods for coffee machine lack of storage place but ok for 1 night, no mirror to do make up, no sharp knife or for chopping.
The bed was comfy fridge nice and cold shower lovely.

United KingdomUnfortunately the location wasn't that great. The outside entrance looked like a bit of a construction site (there were planks and buckets left around). It also had a shared communal corridor (which is fine) although every time someone walked in the hall way or opened up a door you woke up because of the sound.
The property had a very modern interior design and great design. It had lovely lightning and appliances. It was also a very close walk to Boscombe beach which is great.

Only stayed because we were able to go into town to buy sleeping bags, pillows and pillow cases. Left one night early as needed to take a shower.

United KingdomDue to the sewage works taking place in apartment 4, we were informed in advance and were offered apartment 12, photos were sent to us at our request and we agreed. After arrival, we were shocked. There were terrible yellow stains on the entire wall next to the bed and on the ceiling, which must have been there for a long time, because in some places the paint was peeling and there were cracks, the bathroom door didn't close, so the light kept turning on, it was impossible. sleep normally. There were no such things in the photos sent to us, this apartment in this condition should not be put into use, only for renovation, if we had known about its condition, we would have definitely given up

United KingdomSadly the accommodation was not as advertised. No Internet, despite me contacting property management number given. No coffee maker. Black mould in room. Extracter fan didn't work. Blind did not cover window completely as room by busy rear entrance this effected my privacy. Un clean Bedding with someone else's personal hair in it. Sparse cuttlery/crockery. Cookware had definitely seen better days. A window on front of property had been broken on Saturday night onto communal path, broken glass still there on Monday morning on departure.
The location and heating were good. Keyless entry. Clean fridge. Washing up liquid, tea towel, sponge for cleaning.

United KingdomI’ve uploaded photos below. The room was supposed to be new and not used, however everything was filthy and used. The room hadn’t actually been finished, skirting boards left off, stains on the bed, a years worth of dust, splash back on the hob. I spoke to the owner about it and he told me I was lying and that he wouldn’t refund me. I sent him the photos, and called booking.com, they refunded me and transferred us to a different place. Unfortunately it didn’t let me add more photos.

United KingdomThe place hasn't been painted since the 1970's, the cushions, towels and sofa are all stained and covered in dog hair and other contaminants. There are pockets of mould all over and holes in the plasterboard. The brown hue of the sofa wasn't particularly pleasing to the eye but nor was the smell of it. The television almost came off the wall bracket. The bathroom door doesn't close properly and the shower doesn't drain and was full of hair. After all of this stress we decided on a nice cup of tea, but to our horror there was only one cup between us. My girlfriend went off for a calming shower as I stirred my cup of tea with the one spoon provided. The screams that came from my partner during her scalding hot shower were all- too audible through the huge gap in the bathroom door. My shower was next, and for the first time in my life I used a small sink to splash water on my legs and midrift because the shower will only issue a level of heat found within an active volcano. This issue and many others have been brought up in previous reviews might I add. The area in general felt a bit unsafe, doors and gates were left open around the clock. It's not the most expensive property it has to be said, however it is awash with problems and has serious cleanliness issues. When we contacted the accommodation directly we were met with instant acrimony and had zero apology. We were told that we should have contacted them and they would have resolved the issues. Funnily enough we would not have been able to swiftly book more accommodation and move all of our stuff out and whilst they called in the builders, plumbers and fumigators. We sincerely hope they don't keep selling this crooked property to unfortunate people and that they begin to start paying attention to these reviews! That will be all for now.
