Balcony patio door - latch would not open from outside - we got stuck outside on the balcony until maintenance could come and enable us to get back inside

Actually stayed 2 nights as it was double booked however the minimum stay suited our purposes- very clean - secure and parking available- furniture tad small for more than 2 guests

Small thing-- no bottle opener for some bottles. If it had that it would be perfect.

The flat was beautifully decorated and clean. Perfect for the trip. The beds were comfy, the room sizes were huge and there was plenty of storage space. The kitchen/lounge area was. Lovely place to relax in after a long day and benefitted from a cute balcony to sit and enjoy the morning sun. The addition of water bottles and the coffee maker added a nice touch.

There was insufficient cooking utensils to adequately prepare meals. There was no clothes dryer provided or pegs to hang up clothing to dry. The pillows were in substantial and did not provide a comfortable night's sleep.

The venue was clean, modern and comfortable. There was ample parking on the site. The neighborhood was quiet.

we were staying at the property with 4 adults. there were two rooms and 4 beds available. unfortunately the number of chairs did not match the number of beds. one of us had to sit on one of the patio chairs. we would also have liked a table and chairs, as eating breakfast on the couch was not really what we expected. If you are staying with two adults only, the place is probably perfect. For a group of 4 it could use at least some extra chairs and a table.

it was a very nice, new property and very clean. staff was very helpful. city center is easily accessible by bus which runs every 30 minutes. The Red Lion pub which is near serves excellent food.

The apartment is lovely, well kept, clean and a joy to stay in. Very quiet yet a great location for the City Centre The communication with the owners was very easy and efficient. They did all they could to make our stay a great one and were helpful with a couple of requests we made.

Slightly unfinished feel. Could do with some hooks and pegs for hanging coats, and there is a washing machine but no drying racks for example. We had to hang ours on door handles which was a bit annoying.

Immaculately clean and very new. Fairly well equipped kitchen and mostly quiet neighbourhood. Host was quick to respond to any queries via instant messaging.

Good communication with hosts, found and got access to the property easily, ample parking, lovely property which was super clean and well equipped. It was in a quiet location which felt very safe, small convenience store very close by, easy to get bus into town centre for £4 return. We would recommend it and would stay again if we're in the area.
