Nothing we had everything we needed

We stayed in this apartment just before Easter for a couple of nights and it had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The apartment itself is spotless and the host Kenneth kindly provides a number of essentials should you need them, such as a range of teas. We were also delighted after our long journey to find Kenneth had left us some delicious Easter lemon cakes which was a lovely touch. We made use of both sofa beds which were very clean and comfortable and had already been prepared for us prior to our arrival. The apartment is a short walk from both the train station and town centre, which was perfect for us as we liked the short walk to the centre to blow away the cob webs each morning. We were staying for an event my daughter was participating in at The Floral Pavilion Theatre but would love to return again for a longer stay!

The sofa bed I couldn't get it open or closed took me ages to get it open which is the only reason I marked 9/10. We was super delayed so didn't get to the place till evening and trying to set up a futon/sofabed was a ball ache but the bedding was super clean and everything just lovely

I’ve stayed at Ken’s beautiful place twice and everytime was amazing. The apartment is airy, clean and very comfortable and just a few minutes from the train station and promenade. The whole neighbourhood is serene and quiet, just perfect for a weekend getaway. Ken is the most welcoming host and incredibly accomodating. We had a great experience and thanks again for having us. We will be happy to come back :-). I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Place is clean and well presented. The host is a legend, offered us a lift to the wedding venue. The whole experience actually improved the day and we will definitely be recommending this place, we have pals in this area so we may be back if we ever come down there again. So much better than a travel lodge or similar. Great touches, bottle of wine, recommendations for food. Can't speak highly enough of the place and service.

Everything was perfect so nothing not to like.

The perfect base for my sister & I to revisit our days growing up around Wallasey & New Brighton. The apartment was well appointed, homely, clean & very comfortable. Our host Ken, was always very obliging especially in preparing for our arrival by setting up the sofa bed for us. A very pleasant stay & rest assured we will be booking here again when we return for our 'family day' again next year. Thank you Ken.

lovely old house in a lovely area of new Brighton. bathroom and kitchen were perfect for us. the. rooms were not warm so we were glad of the heater at night. Ken was so hospitable and left fresh tea, milk and a welcome bottle of wine. he was on hand with suggestions. he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.

Thanks for a great day! The apartment was in a fantastic location and perfect for our stay in Liverpool for eurovision weekend. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished and the host even left us a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

A bit cold, but we didn’t understand the heating system.

Not driving to the area, train station a bit further than thought and although in good weather walkable, however in poor weather and with baggage to manage a slight problem. Mainly as access to taxi's also a bit of an issue. We we're picked up by family on arrival and on leaving, owner very kindly gave us a lift to station as it was rather wet and windy.

Property very roomy and well equipped for our stay. Apartment spotless and even given welcome treats on arrival. Owner left appropriate contact details if we had any issues, which we didn't. Lovely place and recommend if staying in New Brighton.
