The bed is extremely creaky and the sinks were not cleaned to the point there was a tooth paste stain in one. One of the windows needs to be fixed (a screw needs to be tightened) as it does not fully close.

Clean bedsheets and towels, enough toalet paper and soap. The radiator was warm enough and we were able to refulate the temperature easily.

Noisy birds outside, not responsibility of owner. People from south europe like total darkness in bedrooms. Applicable even to a 5 star hotel without shades/ curtains

it is quite loud and the doors are heavy and slam, so you can hear others coming and going. kitchen didn’t have a kettle which was a bit disappointing.

check in was very straightforward, and the room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. great to have a fridge in the room too. it was perfect for what I needed.

It really just needs a thorough deep clean. Heating also should be checked so you dont have to call them in. Not great if you have mobility issues as there is no lift and plenty of stairs.

The same company also run a hotel near Tooting Broadway, which I preferred. Unless you're thinking of cooking alot, I would stay in the hotel. 2 Both are IKEA standard conversions and looking a bit worn out. Fine for a short stay.

Reasonably priced for London. Adjustable heating. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Easy access.Not far from Tootting Bec tube station.

I think the walls could be cleaner and the bathroom could do with a better aeration system (there’s a lot of webs stuck in there). One of the window’s handle was broken and the other one, it was a bit hard to close from the inside. The curtains could also be a little better.

No information in the room. Found internet instructions in the hall almost by chance. Had no idea where to go for breakfast.

The bed is not the most comfortable also our room had a table with no chairs. The fridge was set too cold and froze our bottles of water. The room could benefit from a bigger TV with the ability to sign into netflix etc.

The self check in and check out system worked well. Good communal area and the house is well situated and easy to get to. The owner was very responsive and when i advised the shower was not working it was fixed later that day.

Ground floor carpet was dirty and had horrible smell on entrance and bed was very noisy

The studio is very basic with old and used floor, weak shower, smelling fridge and small microwave, but it is what you could expect for such a low price. If you don't mind the lack of luxury, this is a good and cheap place to stay.

The environment is very exciting. The studio was in a quiet street, but only 5 minutes walk away there is the main road of Tooting Bec with loads of shops, restaurants and all in a very multicultural atmosphere. It's a good place to see Morocco, China, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Pakistan and Congo on one single road.

Lack of communication, was given wrong information so went to the wrong apartment in a different location to what was booked. I was locked out and had to wait for over half an hour to get access to the key. Spoke to 3 different men who all contradicted themselves with what turned out to be the wrong information. Awful experience, never again. The apartment itself was dirty, the kitchen was littered with bugs and dust.
