Parking could have been problematic. As it happens we were lucky to get a free road space less than 5 minutes walk away. Perhaps having an arrangement fr a discount at a local car park could help.

Breakfast was very good with a great selection, if a bit on the pricey side. Bathroom was roomy and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We also liked the guide books provided in the room, which had a fun but informative style.

The pillows althoughvery lovely and puffy looking, went very flat when laid on.

The room though small was perfectly appointed with every facility one could want for a short stay. Congratulations to your designer.

We loved our stay, the hotel is so classy and calm. Perfect location for a Margate break and super comfy bed! We’ll definitely be back, bonus points for being dog friendly :)

Breakfast was a bit limited and we didnt like the coffee - very bitter.

We were very surprised and unhappy that there was no TV in the bedroom. There was wonderful real coffee in the bedroom, but no cafetiere to make it, and no milk in the bedroom.

Virtual no facilities, and slightly odd check-in, staff where pleasant but far from inviting. The general feel of the establishment made me feel slightly uneasy, perhaps due to no music and general silence around the place, a

The interior was very nice and simple, reminiscent of a Agatha Christie book or a Poirot episode with a modern touch. Nice warm rooms thanks to radiator heating rather than aircon a real treat these days. Also strong water in the bathroom.

The hotel is so stylish, and very clean and comfortable. The design and colour pallette was throughout was wonderful and there was so much attention to detail. We ate in the restaurant, which was great and reasonably priced. We really loved the thoughtful way the art and books in the room were put together, it really reflected the care and love the people who run the hotel have very obviously put into it. It does exactly what an excellent hotel should do (clean, comfortable, nice staff), and offers something special too. Plenty of parking available nearby.

As far as we were concerned you couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay more comfortable it was Fabulous.

The location was perfect . There was a lovely young girl there when we arrived she was so friendly and polite.The room was spotless and warm and the most comfortable bed . We would defiantly stay here again. Couldn’t fault anything.thank you for your hospitality we really enjoyed our stay .

The commission charged by Booking.com, my advice is to book direct with the hotel. The extra charged by Booking.com spoilt this holiday

The room was super lovely with double aspect views straight out to sea! The hotel were really great at accommodating an additional single bed for my Son and upgraded our room at no extra cost so we had a bigger space for the extra bed! The breakfast was one of the tastiest hotel breakfasts I have EVERY had! Will definitely love to stay another time!
