The pub doesn't open till 1pm and it wasn't clear what I would do if anything went wrong. But I was autonomous and it was OK.

The location is a rough area. I didn't feel comfortable going out at night as a female tourist with a child in this area. The room was very close to the beer garden and it was very loud. There is no bin and toilet brush inside the bathroom. Water was leaking constantly outside the fridge.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable too. We loved the complimentary of the house and staff was very friendly.

well, the owner is definitely more interested in making money from rooms than running a pub, thats for sure. Real shame, they could do both well, they choose not to. Not enough staff to run a small hotel and a pub !! If ppl are checking in, you won't get a beer for a long time..ridiculous. Now, as they have added newer constructed rooms to the top, many things were not considered as they really were not planned well. The rooms were fine and newer on a whole..tight, cosy and fine for the price..however, our triple room was too warm...and it was quite cool at night...the only ventilation was a ceiling window and windows in one bathroom...now, i hate, despise and can't stand the smell of curry...this was the wrong place for us...it was horrible..this made me gag and feel nauseous...again, if u like the smell of curry, you are in for a treat, otherwise DO NOT stay in rooms 105 to 108...if there is way to post pics on this review, i will

the fountain pub itself is very nice. Talked to a few friendly locals who explained how much of a fun and lively pub it once was..very charming and location to tot spurs arena was very handy and price was reasonable.

The room is above a pub on a busy high street, but it was very quiet. The room was well equipped. It had a double bed, table, chairs, cutlery, plates, fridge, kettle, milk, and cereal. Fantastic value for money.

the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard; we could see dirt and trash from previous occupants on the floor and the bathroom seemed like it had not been cleaned at all, because there were hairs in the shower.

We were equipped with cereal and milk, which was a great addition to the room, however the mini fridge did not seem to keep the products cold.

The walk from the tube station late at night was uncomfortable. Room service just replace one box of cereal. Plus I found the notice of a list of fines was a bit rude and over the top.

The rooms met the needs and you could see they had recently been modernised. Also the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprised

No lift, so guests with heavy luggage have to climb the stairs. My request for a ground floor was confirmed but not provided. The bathroom is small in size.

my only criticism of this hotel is the fact that some of the rooms are above a kitchen generator which makes a lot of noise and vibrates the whole room. This is a safety issue for those like myself with a pacemaker, and that is A huge unhealthy downside. Thankfully the barman who was very helpful in the evenings clarified the times of the generator being switched on and off there is times in the weekdays. Estimated that the generator is switched on at 12 midday, and off at 9:30 pm in the evening and later at weekends

The Fountain Pub Hotel is located in a great area on one of London’s fastest underground tube lines, the Victoria line, making it very quick and easy to get in and out of central London. it also boasts a pub staff, very affordable, drink and food with friendly bar/hotel staff Who were very happy to help when I asked for queries regarding the generator underneath my bedroom. The hotel area of the building has a lit staircase and lit areas which are very helpful for people like myself with a visual impairment.

Small annoyances -The Day I arrived the bar/restaurant was booked for a private function so you can't even have a pint or watch the football in your own hotel. I found this very disappointing as this happened the last time I stayed here too. It wouldn't be difficult to allow access to residents for a small cordoned off section of the bar. -Its not the best area so keep your wits about you walking home etc. -Shower had a bit of damp, floor could of done with a mop, light switches not working, bulbs needing changed. Small things that are easily fixed. Tea cup dirty on arrival which is obviously a bit disgusting but I cleaned it myself before use.

-Great Location for Tottenham stadium. -Great Price -Room was cosy and well kitted with TV and fridge -Staff member on check in was a lovely chap. -Credit where it's due overall this place is probably the best I've found on a budget for going to Tottenham games. The pros massively outweigh the cons.

The room I had was right next to some kind of air-conditioning unit that buzzed. Was fine if the window was closed!

Nice Hotel, liked the area, lots of shops and take aways. Great touch to give you milk and Cereal for Breakfast. Would recommend and definitely stay again!
