Having paid 1230.00 for 4 nights To be told it wasn’t a hot breakfast which doesn’t show on Site we had to pay 10 pounds each for breakfast also 12.50 for parking which I would have thought it comes with room at over 300 per night We would have eaten there every night but it when you add it all up it was cheaper to eat out For less

Been charged for parking and been charged for breakfast even though I had booked B and B through Booking.com . The hotel added an extra 40 on top because we got a cooked breakfast. We ordered eggs Benedict and the only thing cooked was the egg because the bacon was actually a slice of cold ham added to it. They said the booking was for continental breakfast which is nonsense. They never pointed out the parking or breakfast booking on check in either. Breakfast is breakfast.

Just would have appreciated a little better facilities for a person with mobility issues

I had a second floor room when I had specified I had a guest with mobility difficulties. There was a lift however there was a set of stairs to get to the room

Just a point, ventilation needed in my room 306 as condensation in morning very bad, windows dripping with moisture as windows closed for security! Could do with more vegetarian options!

A small thing really . the hot water was a little bit intermittent. I was on the third floor and guess the pressure wasn’t good.still didn’t spoil the enjoyment of the hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Fowey which is a really cool little town. Amazing view, really relaxed atmosphere, great staff and really cool lift . The room was stunning and we even had a great evening meal there.

The weather was quite stormy one night and the old sash window in my room was not at all draft proof even with the interior shutters closed. The radiator did not come on and there was no hot water running from the bath room sink taps in the morning or late afternoon however the shower was in full working order with hot water.

Gorgeous hotel overlooking the Fowey Estuary and sea. Beautiful grounds lovely outside seating areas. Lovely dining room, comfortable beds and luxury bathrooms. Super friendly helpful staff. Close to south west coastal path for glorious walks. Lovely town full of interesting shops and places to eat. Ferry the runs all day to Polruan.

It’s a shame you have to pay extra to park at the hotel but we appreciate its limited given the size of the town and the hotel will reserve you a space if available which luckily it was for us.

Fabulous location on the Fowey Estuary with a short walk into town. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room (109) which was worth the money, the view was amazing! We also ate at the hotel for dinner, had afternoon tea and had breakfast included and the food was all amazing. The staff are so friendly and we look forward to returning.

The room was cold in the first night but we got a heater that made it very comfortable

Bravo! What an amazing and memorable stay! We stayed for 2 nights at this amazing hotel, and we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room! The room was beautiful, clean and well prepared but a bit cold in the first night. However, the team ensured that our second night was warmer!!! The food was amazing!!! We had dinner and a lovely breakfast. Lovely food, well prepared and plenty of choices to select from! The staff were lovely, very friendly and always there to make your stay a memorable experience! They recommended us places to visit and a few tips for the town!

Some noise from a wedding reception in the function room (above the bedroom?) which finished at 11:45pm. No parking available as fully booked by the wedding party, steep walk to public car park.

Great location with views across estuary and out to sea. Room and hotel in general was clean, tidy, nicely decorated and furnished with modern appliances and fittings. We booked a room with a sea view which was as advertised. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were really nice, good selection.

Access to the Hotel a little tricky but this was due to its location near the sea front.

Excellent friendly Hotel with lovely views. Room was clean and decorated to a high standard. Food menu was fairly simple but very well cooked and matched the ambience of the Hotel.
