The stairs to the bedrooms were steep for my mother who is 81 but that’s understandable.

Great location. Smooth arrival and check out. Comfy beds and towels. Lovely conservatory area for eating and chatting.

We had such a wonderful time at fox cottage. It was great to have private parking at the property too……a big bonus. Fox cottage was an exceptional property - will definitely return at some point. We had a ball!

The location was perfect for a girls weekend. Easy bus ride to Oxford and plenty of shopping within walking distance. The property was warm, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms cosy and big, parking great .. could not have asked for anything else. I would highly recommend this property and plan to return another time. Thank you for a great weekend. x

The problem was our bed (me with my husband) is a bit too small. It is not a queen bed, it's more like a super single. Other than that, the toilet pipe was a bit hard because it seperate the hot and the cold one. If you need warm water, you have to mix with a bowl. The shower is a bit noisy.

We only got chances to stay one night. Overall was good. The house was really nice. 3 bedroom 👍🏻 Kitchen was full of stuff. The decoration 10/10 ✨ My mom loves it.

Cozy cottage. Very well equipped - coped with the Christmas dinner with no problem. Plenty of linen, coffee teas, cleaning products. Very welcoming hostess.

Fox Cottage is a beautiful home, very well equipped. The property has everything you need for an exceptional stay. We booked this last minute as unfortunately the property we had originally booked was completely inadequate. We booked this at 5pm and arrived at the property about half an hour later, we were greeted by the most welcoming of hosts, and the property itself was just flawless, it has everything you need, the kitchen was so well equipped with all the pots, pans, dishwasher, washing machine, nothing has been left out. There are lovely additional touches of candles, beautiful smelling soaps, board games, colouring pens etc. It's more than a home from home. The decoration of the property is outstanding throughout and the location is just 5 mins drive to Bicester Village. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again and highly recommend this property and host, it was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again.

A bit odd but there was no front door key, so we had to use the back gate when going out for a walk. Also some outdoor furniture at the back would be nice for the summer.

The accommodation was ideal, just right for me , my wife, son and daughter with a bedroom each. The owner has provided lots of little extras for everyday use, like phone charger, games, scented candles, every kitchen utensil you could need. There were a couple of hairdryers, iron and ironing board, plenty of bedding and towels, and plenty of cleaning supplies if needed. A nice touch was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival. Overall a very comfortable and cosy property that has been furnished to a high quality.

No hot water or heating for the first day of our stay. Shouldn't have to contact the host to come and turn the boiler on (in the loft) just so we can have a shower, its ridiculous. The second night the heating wasn't working. No partial refund given!

Nice location.. If you don't mind lots of traffic outside.
