easy to find and park. reception staff very helpful. the rooms were exceptionally clean and quality coffee with chocolates, tea bags and nice touch to have proper milk in the fridge rather than fiddly little cartons and complementary water. we went to Wembley the next day and they kindly let us leave our car for the full day.

The lift was out of order in the morning and as my wife can't climb stairs I had to go to breakfast without her. The staff did take breakfast up to her room though.

We had a large room. Good walk in shower, comfortable bed and air con that worked made it an enjoyable stay.

The lighting was a bit low, which made zoom calls a little odd.

The restaurant attached was great (I had a starter the night I arrived and breakfast the following morning). The hotel room was a great size and had a mini-fridge! The staff were excellent and very helpful

Could have benefited from some Hot Chocolate sachets....and why do people have to honk their horns to get out the car park - there needs to be a sign which let's people know they will be fined for doing so and to contact reception/porter quietly if they have been locked in!!

The only thing that I can think of is the distance but we already knew that and for that price, overall I think there was an excellent quality for the money. The first day we arrived at night and lost our way several times so I think it might be helpful for other guests: Pay attention to the subway (we made the mistake of taking "subway" for "underground" or "the tube" and that raised a lot of confusion). From the tube (Hanger Lane station) after you check the card is the first exit to the left, up the stairs and again after the stairs first to the left. Walk straight ahead after that. There are also signs indicating the hotel that might help you.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices, fresh fruits, local products. Also, the coffee was very good. The room was very clean, they cleaned up and changed the towels every day. Also there was water and tea and some sweets available that we enjoyed. The staff is very helpful, the interaction with them was easy and effective. The fact that the restaurant is there was very comfortable because at dinner we were always tired of all the visiting, the fact that it was there helped us a lot. The food is good and fresh.

Breakfasts on weekends get delayed 1 hour. They go from 7:30 onwards, if you have an activity and have to leave by 7am you won't be able to have something, its a small inconvenience. Weekdays service runs smoothly from 6:30am.

That it wasnt central... but 5mins from the tub and a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. There was nothing to much to ask for, the manger Dee if remember correctly was so help full with info on what to do in and around the area and also best ways to travel. She definitely needs recognition. The quality in teas, coffee, water, shower gel, shampoo even bear that was provided in the room was beautiful. It was like staying at a high brand hotel like the hilton or radisson.

Friendly helpful staff. Amazing cooked breakfast and selection of teas fruit cereals ect. Nice getting a discount at pub for food and drinks. I loved the little lights in toilet so I did not bump into things. Lots of thought went into rooms.

Very loud quiz night the evening before. Quiz master was unbelievably raucous for no good reason. Otherwise nice atmosphere.

Fantastic breakfast all cooked to order. Great selection of hot and cold food. Made to feel welcome. Bar staff all very friendly.
