Room and bathroom were very good and great value for money. Walking distance to the train station, onsite parking and the pub breakfast and meals were fabulous.

We return because this hotel is fabulous! Very good value. There is a large free carpark for guests. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a vast choice for breakfast with table service plus continental choices at the side. Nothing is too much trouble. We ate at the hotel for dinner both nights and the food was excellent.

Everything was great!!!

Everything was amazing ... the staff is super friendly, the ambience is so cosy and comfortable with the pub being near the road and the rooms set back so absolutely no noise and a lovely private garden for guests inbetween. Breakfast was first class. I would come back to London just to stay at this hotel again!! Everything was so amazing!!

Sound isolation between rooms is below average. And self-closing doors (room and bathroom door) are closing with loud bang. This can be heard from other rooms and light sleepers can be disturbed by this.

Very nice and cozy hotel. We liked the exterior and the interior. Breakfast was delicious with possibility to order freshly made warm food - eggs benedict, french toast, english breakfast, etc. Location is also fine, bus stop is just across the street and underground was about 7 minutes walk away. Also, the pub is very nice with quiz night every Thursday and 10 % discount for hotel guests.

Easy to reach by central line but close to a lot of roads with traffic. mac donalds close by

The mattress was softer than we are used to but overall, everything else was great.

The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The subway station Hanger lane on the Central line was about a five-minute walk away.

Great place. Arrived early to leave our car and was able to check into our room early. Massive bonus. Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great pub food. Few minutes walk to the tube. Will definitely be using this place again.

We had a lovely stay at these hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a big bed and good pillows. Quiet, clean and welcoming. We will gladly return. The breakfast was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly. The tube (subway) was like 5-7 min away, Hangar Lane station (Central Line).

Room was a little cold and it took a while to heat up in the morning. I didn't use it in evening as I like to sleep in a cold room with good bedding. So I just went down to pub.

Like that there was plugs on either side of the bed to charge devices. Breakfast cooked to order. And evening meal you could order up until 21.45 I think.

Maybe a little bit far away from the center of London, but there's a underground station at 5 minutes of walk from the hotel with the Central Line who's taking you to the city in 30-40 minutes. Also a little bit of noise but nothing annoying.

Fantastic place, comfy bedrooms and nice bed. Great breakfast. Amazing staff, very friendly and here to make you feel comfortable. Nice bathroom with a bathtub to relax after a long walk in London. Great hotel to discover the city for the first time.
