Difficult to find initially. Access down passageway and up steps. Central heating is difficult to control.

The entrance is not the best, cigarette butts and generally untidy, but there is nothing the owner could do about it, once you are in the apartment it is lovely.

Lovely clean modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, loved tv in bed, fantastic location, step out the door and you are in Keswick, also cosidering location lovely and quiet. Enjoyed watching the world go by.

parking as another resident from apartment at the top blocked our space, then on trying to vacate a delivery van blocked our exit for at least 15 minutes, staff not really interested when I brought it up with them just sorry, vacating at 9am is to early a check out it should be 10am, bathroom not that clean, they need a new toilet brush & the cleaner needs to use a sonic brush to clean tap & around sink hole

The only thing I would off preferred is if the check out was an hour or so later but this didn’t ruing our stay we just didn’t get chance to leave a good review in the visit book due to rushing.

This apartment was in an amazing location for shopping, eating out and walks. We all had a great weekend and would definitely visit again.

The latch on the bathroom door needs replacing, and there was no corkscrew in the kitchen. Although the provision of a parking space in Keswick is beneficial, the allocated space is difficult to access.

Everything about the apartment was first rate.

The parking was rather tight, but could understand that in a busy town like Keswick. Just glad to be able to park.

The apartment was perfect as a base to explore Keswick. The lounge, bedrooms & bathroom were comfortable & fully equipped and the kitchen especially useful, with everything you could possibly need. All rooms were clean & well furnished.

I would have preferred a handrail in the shower as it would have given my elderly mum some confidence to use it.

I was staying in the room with the two single beds. The night before we were leaving I thought I'd check under the two beds to make sure I'd not lost anything. Under one bed I found a pair of socks and a pair of boxers presumably belonging to a previous occupant. Under the other bed there was an empty sweet packet, another bit of rubbish and it seemed quite dirty. Ironically a lot of emphasis had been placed on the occupants keeping the flat clean and whilst in general the flat was very clean under the beds needs to be cleaned also. Also outside alley grimy with overflowing bins.

It was a beautifully appointed flat.

Only downside was only 1 set of keys so had to co-ordinate movements.

Small but included everything needed for a family of 4, including 2 teenagers. Comfortable beds. Great location in the centre of town only a stone's throw away from shops and the many places to eat. The Square Orange cafe opposite was great for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening.

ON a main street, super noisy on the weekend night with shouting of people walking by, but I guess thats to be expected in a busy town

There was only space for 1 car which we weren't aware of and ended up paying around £11 per night for a car park in the centre

The accommodation was very clean and modern, bathroom was spotless and beds were very comfy, the location was right in the centre of Keswick Town. Highly recommended.
