Quite far from the metro, but still i was aware of this.

Since we rented 2 rooms I loved that we had the floor just for us and shared the bathroom just between our 2 rooms. This made my experience a lot better. The room was good, nice bed, with water heater and coffee and tea, not bad!

There was no mirror in the bathroom and little space to put your things on. There were stains on the bedsheet. The walls seemed thin, we could hear neighbor sounds from upstairs.

It was tidy and the furniture was new. I liked complimentary tea and cofee.

Location isn’t really good. Would pay a few pounds more to be in a saver area. It’s above a fish and chips store which is quite smelly

It could be better if there was a fridge, especially in room with kitchenette, no cooking utensils. The front doors are a little bit scary. Rooms could be more soundproofed.

Clean and fresh room and bathroom. Close to public transport – the bus stop is 50 meters away. Fine food outlets and shops right next door. Cash point too. We enjoyed bed and the TV programs, Netflix and Youtube available. Kind and friendly owner.

The bathroom water pressure is low. I wish they had a kitchen to warm up food and fridge in the rooms.

Though one doesn't expect amazing facilities at such a low cost place, it was lacking a couple of touches that would be very cheap & easy to implement and make it more workable, e.g. A coat hook on the door, a small floating shelf on the side of the bed that didn't have room for a cabinet. Also it would've been nice if adequate tea/coffee & milk had been provided for the duration of the stay.

The price for the location was amazing and unprecedented. The location itself was convenient for attending a festival at the O2, just a 25-minute bus ride, was pretty quiet as a residential area, with easy access to some nice green spaces. Though the bathroom was shared it was only with one other room and we never had any problems or even saw anyone from the other room. The place was very clean.

There’s no mirror in the bathroom. Shower ok first day, but swung violently between scalding and freezing on the second. Couldn’t seem to connect to WiFi. Kept saying password invalid.

Very neat and tidy and lovely clean sheets and towels. This is important. Also quiet. Comfortable bed. This is neither like or dislike, but it is one of the more bizarre places i’ve ever stayed. It’s above a fish and chip shop with no obvious sign that it exists—you have to ring and someone comes to open up. My room was also equipped with a washing machine, a hob and an oven—good for a longish stay, you might think. Except there was nothing to cook with and no plates or cutlery! Anyway—absolutely fine for a couple of nights.

The broken door

All would of been perfect if my neighbours number 2 door wasn't broken. So everytime they shut it there was a huge bang and woke us up everytime

It was dirty. The rug at the shower - looked disgusting 🤢. The bathroom was cleaned but only superficially. The hand soap bottle was empty. There was not enough toilet paper. The floor in the flat was stained. The bed frame seemed not to have been cleaned for ages. Anyone could access the flat - once the man tried to enter. He backed off when he saw me. I know it was not very expensive. Still I expected the flat to be simple but clean. A very loud neighbourhood. The staircase carpet was dirty. The widows were dirty.

Shared bathroom had no lock. I raised this with the hotel as this a serious risk and uncomfortable situation for anyone to be put in. Instead, I was told there has always been a lock. Please take a look at the photo attached, which you can see, no lock.
