Comfortable room in the loft of 200 year old townhouse. Well located in a quiet area. Lovely views over the river to the city. Easy walk to good restaurants & city centre. Leah & Stuart are excellent hosts and breakfast was great. The haggis is the best I've tasted! Appreciated provision of parking permit. Highly recommend staying here in Inverness.

The guest house is perfectly located on a quiet river front street with great views yet close to city center Tastefully decorated rooms and well thought out amenities. Host was amazing and the breakfast the best we have had (which says a lot) since our 15 stop tour of Ireland and Scotland.

The property is ideally situated facing the River Ness and is just a short 10-minute walk to the city centre shops, bars, restaurants, and bus/train stations! Our room was the Family Room on the first floor…incredibly stylish, comfortable, and all the modern amenities you can imagine…not to mention the most comfortable beds and pillows ever! Leah (the host) is just so wonderful…she’s friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Inverness…what more could you ask for! Without hesitation we recommend staying at Fraser House and we’ll definitely be guests again on our next visit. Thanks so much Leah!

Nothing particularly as such. Thankfully, it was all good for me.

Wonderful location (room facing the river) at a reasonable price. My host Lhea was lovely, welcoming and helpful during the stay. The room was clean and breakfast was available. There are many restaurants nearby to explore and the city center is closeby. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back :)

Wonderful service and local-knowledge advice from hostess Leah. Spacious and well-appointed room. Parking permit is provided free to guests. Excellent Scottish breakfast with haggis. Located only 10mins stroll from the heart of downtown Inverness. Handy to so many fabled Highland locations and attractions, Loch Ness etc.

My cousin and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast, and the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing view of the river from our room, the cozy room itself, the delicious breakfast and the exceptional host, Leah. From the moment we arrived, Leah’s genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. Leah went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was memorable, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that all of our needs were met with care and efficiency. The room itself had the best view, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. I can't recommend Leah and her bed and breakfast highly enough. We will definitely be recommending this place to all our friends and family that plan on visiting.
