Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Freshford House is in a good location, very clean, well equipped with everything you want. A bonus having off road parking space. This was our 4th visit to this apartment and got another 2 booked for next year. This says a lot about the property.

United KingdomThe outside looks rather unappealing. There's a load of overflowing wheelie bins and it could do with a real tidy up in the garden area. Inside, please do something about the non-opening lounge windows, it can get rather stifling in there. If they can't be fixed for some reason, maybe a small pedestal fan between the lounge door and the TV in front of the radiator?

The property was very close to the beach approx 5min walk which was perfect.Stayed in flat one which was very spacious . Had everything needed for our stay. Great parking, probably the best we have had when visiting Weymouth

Location is a short walk from the beach with crossings on main road. Has a smart TV so no need to pack a laptop for your Netflix etc fix :-) Away from main nightime noise so a quiet sleep. Good WiFi.

Great location in easy reach of the town centre. A great place to stay for coastal path walks in either direction. All facilities you need to relax after a long walk in preparation for the evening and a few well-earned beers !
