Perhaps the mattress on the bed could have been a little firmer for my own personal comfort .

It was really clean, a comfortable bed and quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. It looks out into a peaceful little garden. The hosts were also very nice, helpful and kind. It's also in a safe neighbourhood, so I didn't feel worried walking back in the night.

Antonia and Colin are the best hosts any traveler could wish for. They are friendly and helpful, and really try to cater to all your needs. The B&B is located a charming and relatively calm part of London, and two subway stations are just a short walk away. My room was light and cheerful, with an extremely comfy bed, an impressive selection of tea and coffee, .... Highly recommended!

Antonia and Colin are wonderful hosts who provide very comfortable accommodation. They are both very welcoming, kind and helpful. The location is great, near to train and bus services, making it is easy to get to anywhere in London. As well, there are pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Antonia and Colin are so kind and easy-going. The room is cozy, and the surrounding area is quite, having good pubs and restaurants and having good access to the center of London (by tube, bus or ferry).

I was greeted promptly on my arrival and Antonio was very accommodating. She showed me the home and made me feel very welcome. For breakfast, the table was beautifully set and everything provided was fresh and very good. Again, the hospitality was very welcoming. I wish I was staying longer, but I was only there for one night.

The hosts were so friendly and warm! The house was cozy and warm, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is also really good -- it's in a super quiet neighbourhood tucked away from too much bustle, but it's only one block from a main bus station and an 8 minute walk from Putney Bridge/the District Line, so you can pop into central London in about 20-30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again :)

The room and bathroom was really clean with refreshments available in the room. The bed was so comfy that I needed to make a note of what the mattress brand was so I can get the same at home. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this property and I’ll definitely stay here again. 10/10

This is the best place I’ve stayed in London (outside of 5* hotels). Antonia is super-welcoming/helpful. Room is very cozy and everything in its place. Homemade breakfast a delight.
