The room was very very warm even when we had the windows wide open and the radiator was never on. It made staying in the room and sleeping more unpleasant than expected. The silver wear was dirty when we got them and knives felt loose.

The room felt like a small apartment and was very comfortable. The option to iron clothes and having a hairdryer was unexpected and very nice. The location is very nice and close to a lot of small shops, this added to the affect of it feeling like an apartment.

There are 2 minus-points unfortunately: 1. The alley that you have to go through to enter the apartment building does not feel safe when you are a solo female traveler like myself. The owners tried to reassure me that it was very safe and that they have never had any incidents so far but I was quite anxious when I came back late in the evenings. I am confident that the Fulham area in general is quite safe but North End Road is a bit of a rougher street in my opinion. Lots of hooded guys hanging around late at night. That is actually the only reason I would not book this apartment again in the future. 2. The walls were indeed very thin. I was lucky with my neighbours and didn't experience lots of noise but ear plugs are recommended.

The studio apartment really does look like the pictures and it was very comfortable, modern and clean. The apartment is fully equipped and it has everything you need, even an iron and ironing board. It has a clothing rack to hang up some clothes (only 4 hangers though - a few more would have been great), a table and 2 chairs to have breakfast at and the kitchen has everything you need, even washing up liquid and kitchen paper. The Tassimo coffee machine and the provided pads were a big bonus! I also liked that the apartment had lots of wall outlets, even 2 with USB, which is great. I bought some bin liners myself because there were none provided. The bathroom was very nice: a good shower and a nice bathroom cabinet where you can store your stuff. It did take some muscle power to change the temperature in the shower though. Communication with the owners went well. When I arrived, the front door didn't lock properly from the inside and they had someone over to repair it the same day and it was fine afterwards.

At first the water in the shower was boiling hot and we couldn’t get it colder, so we had to call the staff. They fixed it. But we couldn’t turn off the heater bc it’s “central” so it was so so warm in the room the whole time. Also not suitable for women planning to go out at night, to reach the property you have to go through a very narrow dark alley and there’s a lot of suspicious looking ppl lurking around in the neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is great. Room is clean and pretty.

We had issue with the shower, it was running cold when you turn it on, then after 2 minutes it started to be boiling hot and it was impossible to switch it to warmer or cold back again. We communicated with the host to tell about this problem, he claimed that he will send cleaner to check it out, probably while we were not there. We checked it every day, but the shower was not fixed in all 4 nights stay, and we were not able to take it at all. The toilet panel of the flush buttons were falling off the wall every time you use it to flush. Everything is made very poorly and with cheap materials. In general if not issue with the shower I will definatley stay in this place again.

The place was clean, cozy and smelled good, mind that the studio windows were facing busy street, so will be a little bit noisy. It is a rooftop studio, apt 7, so had to bend when standing as sealing is narrow. Wi-fi code is located on the wall of the hollway. Instructions were clear and we did not have any issues to finding the place. The location is in very convenient Fulham neighborhood and busses stop near the house, easy to commute to London city center. If you prefer to walk 5-6 min you can catch the metro train as well. Around this neighborhood is a lot of places to eat, whether it is breakfast or any lunch option. We also bought a lot of fruits for 1£ in front of the house market which was there starting at 11am every day.

Very poor soundproofing from neighboring rooms (ceiling, side walls); significantly better in the attic rooms. Shelves and towel hooks should be added to the bathroom.

Small but clean and renovated room. Good starting point for sightseeing in central London. The landlord offered us to move into the booked attic one night earlier - that was great!

The location was close to supermarkets, cafes and places to get food. Transport options of buses and tube to reach central London. There also parks close, as well as, being close to Stamford Bridge stadium. The host was also helpful when accessing the property.

Bad communication with the host. Complained about the heat and the really hot shower, I alr3ady knew from previous reviews about such problems, but I was hoping they were fixed. No reply from the host 😔 Also, really small bathroom, no hooks for the towels, toilet paper or a cup for toothbrushes etc.

The flat was clean, roughly 30mins with transport from the centre.

THE ALLEY LEADING TO THE PLACE WAS OFF OF THE MAIN STREET. THERE WAS TRASH ALL OVER LIKE AWILD ANIMAL HAD RIPPED A GARBAGE BAG APART. THE CODE WAS NBOT PROVIDED AT CHECK IN TIME SO I HAD TO CALL. THE STAIR LEADING UP TO THE ROOM WAS FILTHY! THERE WAS SOME ONE ELSES LUNCH IN THEE REFRIGERATOR WHEN WE GOT IN THE ROOM AND THE BEDDING WAS SO WRINKLY I AM NOT SURE THAT IT WAS WASHED.

The booking is quite disappointing. Very noisy inside the room, I could hear neighbours conversations. The smell from the toilet is terrible There are a lot of kitchen appliances, but You cant plug them anywhere, since there is no electrical outlets for them. The Entrance to the booking is next to garbage dump I guess this is what you get for 100£/night in London?
