The only thing I would say would be to maybe have a small hand-held hoover for guests. I have two little ones, so it would have made it easier to tidy any unexpected messes!

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Caravan had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay with our family. Little touches that the owner has added really make it feel like home! Would love to come back if we are in the area again.

Very well presented and clean caravan with lovely homely touches. Position on park would be great when all the parks facilities are open. Beds very comfortable. Not too far to travel into Great Yarmouth, Caister or Hemsby by car or public transport.

Nothing open on site, not even a shop, local chippy or pub.

The caravan was excellent. Clean, welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Everything u needed was there. Very happy indeed.

The grass leading to the caravan was waterlogged and other people had driven on it and churned the grass into mud which you had to walk through to get to the caravan so when you got into the caravan your shoes were dirty maybe have a bidder mat at the door area to take off dirty shoes

Made sure to check boiler temperature and settings of hot water but nothing could resolve why the shower was very hot overall. This is a minor point since it's probably a case of not checking the right parts of the system or something.

The whole stay exceeded our expectations! Instructions and direction(s) from the hosts were on point and very helpful. The caravan on arrival was clean, tidy and well equipped. There were only two of us staying but ample room was available inside. All was comfy. TV, eletric fire, kitchen appliances all easily operated. And we all loved the platform/balcony part of the accommodation [the dog enjoyed poking their head in and out haha!]. The shower was sizeable and well powered [the ensuite bathroom contains a bathtub but it was not used on this occasion]. The campsite had lots of perks with shop, bar/pub, takeaways, pool, etc. And the location of the site was really great! Proximity to the huge beach was a short walk but it was also only a short car ride to Great Yarmouth pleasure beach as well. Lots of decent pubs and cafe's elsewhere and nearby. And the area had good phone signal [data was fine] so anything extra was easily sorted. Thanks so much for an awesome stay and hosting [really useful welcome pack too] - could easily see a return in the future!

Caravan was amazing. We only used it as a base, didn't pay extra to use the resort itself but did have amazing fish and chip and a meal at the boathouse restaurant all onside.

The caravan is pet friendly and as a non pet owner like a non smoker I could smell that dogs had been in the Caravan which was slightly unpleasant for me but did not spoil my experience. At the time we visited nothing was open on the site Shop/Clubhouse/Pool we had to drive to town to get supplies

The location is great and close to the beach and easy drive to other towns including Gt Yarmouth 15 minutes away. The caravan was very spacious with both a bathroom and shower roo. The lounge very big and great sofa Kitchen fully equipped with oven and microwave.

Park Dean told me on the phone that all the facilities were open but in actual fact everything is closed until the 24th March.

There was nothing not to like, it was perfect.

The caravan was spotless, very welcoming, comfortable and warm when we arrived. It was well equipped, it was lovely. The weather was bad but we had a lovely warm caravan to stay in.
