Maybe this was just my room, but the window to room ratio seemed a bit low. Also, I was only on the first floor, so I took the stairs instead of the elevator. The stairs smelled funny, and I made a point of holding my breath when going up and down them. This might be specific to me, but there didn't seem to be any good laundromat/launderette options nearby.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a massive bed, especially having come from staying in some serious shoeboxes in London. Reasonable and very direct walk from the Temple Meads train station, and being next to Cabot Circus made going out to shop for assorted things I needed pretty easy. Appreciated the water bottles provided as well!

Superior room was not very superior. Setee could do with a clean - as could some of the chairs in the bar. Very thin cheap toilet paper - the sort that penny pinching establishments use.

Brilliant location. Free car park. Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent, good quality breakfast. Despite the odd shortcomings, the stay was quite pleasant.

Trying to find the hotel in the first instance wasn't the easiest even when using satnav as it is listed as being Future Inn, but Cabot Circus is the dominant name, on the signage, and Future Inn not so noticeable. The beds could of been better as we both found them a little uncomfortable, and one wine glass had to be replaced due to a crack round the lip.

Hotel is nicely situated with parking in a multi storey car park next door, and within walking distance of the Bristol Hippodrome and Harbour. We had a lovely meal in the hotel, and the staff were extremely attentive and informative of what we needed to know.

Only that the side of the bed that my husband slept on where there was the only bedside light (and obviously much more used than my side) was a bit uncomfortable. More worn out?

Great location and the room was s good size and nice and clean. There was one particular staff member on breakfast service who was excellent- ever so bubbly and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

The shower points at you instead of down on you. Expensive breakfast. There were many lights in the room but only one switch to turn them all on or off. No power point on one side of the bed. Mattress was too hard for me, but ok for my partner.

Location was good, hotel was clean and warm. Really appreciated the free parking and the hotel’s location meant we could avoid the clean air zone. Loved the size of the extra large double bed. Grateful for the free upgrade to a superior room. Most staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful. The hotel was peaceful, despite being by a busy road. Liked the complimentary water.

We booked it 1 night before our flight as kind of like a last minute place that had the only purpose which was to let us sleep. It did just that!! Wasnt below our expectatons. Also didnt surpass them. Just a good stay, nothing exceptional neither in a good nor a bad way

The bathroom however wasn’t clean. The toilet was dirty. Especially the toilet brush was a horror to be honest. The rest of the room was clean. There is also no fridge in the room I booked.

The stuff was super friendly and always ready to help. The man from the breakfast service was especially nice. The location is great. The view isn’t amazing but it is central and opposite a grand Shopping mall (area).

We are not fans of the breakfast location in that somewhat gloomy downstairs room; but we can't fault the breakfast itself and the helpful staff

The location, the room and the free parking are excellent. We liked the fact that although you had a major young peoples' event on at the hotel it caused us no disturbance whatsoever.
