There were no staff available and it was a bit tired and not especially clean.

Very pleasant stay prior to our holiday. It was very convenient being able to park our car there for the duration of our holiday and getting a taxi to and from airport very easy.

Catch 22 ,the milk,wasnt topped up on tuesday morning after staying Monday night BUT wasnt a probl;em to moan over.

The hotel staff were Great. We had to book the Monday night ,on top of out Tuesday night . They were friendly and Polite in explaining, they Up grading part of the hotel. He was apologectic towards the work. The hotel is a casual 19 mins walk from,local station and shops. Couple of pubs etc Close by Also. The room was as we asked for.Twin room with Walk in shower.

The room was very hot. No lift to carry our luggage to the second floor. Window handle broken, towel ring not secured to the wall so it fell on my foot when I knocked it with my elbow; cold tap quite hard to turn on and off and splashed out when it came on; shower head could not be secured in holder so you had to hold it in your hand

We didn’t have breakfast as we left very early. Very close to the station, quiet location

Staff member at check in unfriendly and not welcoming. The property was also being refurbished so trades material everywhere. It was a trades person that let us in. No further communication from the staff.

It fulfilled it’s purpose. Very good place to stay if you have an early morning flight. A taxi was provided at a good rate to take me to the airport the next morning.

No minifridge in the room. The shower knob was difficult to operate.

For the money, it's great value. Very clean. Very helpful and polite staff. Located close to Gatwick Airport. Train and bus stops right next to it. A big grocery store within 5 minutes' walk. Nice quiet peaceful area.

I didn’t like the shower, it was very weak and small, if you move inside the shower the door would open and get the other side all wet. The carpets were very old. The place needs to be renewed.

The car parking arrangement was a bit strange. They moved a car out of the way and told me to park blocking another car in. It was just a rough area of ground not a tarmac car park with marked spaces. Not really what I expected for £10 to park overnight. Some of their instructions seemed a bit curt but that. Is just my interpretation.

It was fine as a one night stopover close to Gatwick airport. Cheaper and more to my liking than the hotels actually on the airport site. We arrived about 6pm and left around 6am the following morning, so all that mattered was a bed to sleep in which was comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel as we had breakfast at the airport.

Some noise during the night when someone was moving around the floor above.

Perfect location for Gatwick, walking distance from the center and the train station. Small room, but works well for a few nights. Easy check-in and check-out. Good value for money.
