the facilities in the room themselves were good but not outstanding- some chipped paint here and there and no bathmat. The TV also only worked a little. nothing major however to cause any inconvenience!

Loved this hotel, was in a beautiful and very safe location, and had easy access to the underground, as well as lots of attractions within such close walking distance such as the natural history museum, immersive frameless art exhibition, science museum, royal albert hall, kensington gardens and palace. Staff were lovely and super accommodating and the rooms had everything I needed for an affordable price

whilst the bathroom was clean and well stocked the shower was virtually unusable as it was so small. once in the cubicle it was almost impossible to move or to shower properly. the lift was out of order which was inconvenient although the staff kindly carried my case up to my room.

the area was excellent, entrance to the hotel impressive and very clean. the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. the bedroom was satisfactory fora single room, very clean with a stock of tea , coffee and water

It's not a didn't like, but more like a recommendation: since the room and bathroom are small as we know, it would be really helpful to have some shelves in the bathroom for guests to put their things. We ended up needing to let them on the ground.

There was nothing I did not like.

I thought the location was brilliant. I was there for the London Marathon and the location from the hotel to the nearest station was great. I had stayed with friends but we were in seperate rooms so I had the room to myself. It had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to great toilet facilities. The staff were very friendly and very acommodating. The lift was broken during my stay but they explained everything and were willing to grab bags from rooms for guests if necessary.

Showers too small.. Unfortunately lift was out of order ...so guests had to use stairs making for a noisey night . That said staff very apologetic and carried my case up the stairs to my room .Also was able to move my friend to a ground floor room .

Excellent value . Staff exceptional very attentive service as good as 5 star but not the budget House keeping very good .

Not too much really, only a few minor issues. Took a few days to get Caffeine capsules . The lift ws not working on our departure date and there was hair stuck in the shower waste the day we arrived. Apart from that really good, thanks

On this visit absolutely nothing. It was perfect for my needs.

Stayed one night as attending a concert close by. Great hotel, 2 minutes walk from tube station, museums, restaurants etc. Lovely room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Very quiet. Slept really well. The staff were all unfailingly polite, efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again if needed to be in that area if London.

My single room’s shower was tiny… no real space to have a real comfortable shower in. Thank goodness that I’m not a big and cumbersome sized person, otherwise it wouldn’t be possible at all! Though this is a criticism, I still like the place and intend to go back again regardless.
