You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThis cottage is a hidden gem, and provides the perfect base for exploring Ilkley or the wider surrounds. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed, the heated towel rail was also much appreciated along with the very comfy bed. Michael made the check in process so easy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed, and even gave us a great list of activities to explore during our stay. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great getaway!

This was our second visit at Christmas. The use of the space is amazing. The living room/kitchen is well equipped. The shower is easily accessed. The bed is comfortable and the room is cosy. There is enough storage for clothing.Michael and Kathy have both been very helpful.

Australiaa bit short on hanging space for clothes, but this is a very minor point.
Excellent central location. literally a 10 minute walk to the town centre, trains buses and shops. Easy walk to Ilkley Moor and Riverside walks. The property is very comfortable and peaceful. ideal for solo travelers or fairly friendly couples. comfortable bed, good modern bathroom and small lounge-kitchenette. garden setting for sunny days.

United KingdomGuests need to take their own toiletries and hairdryer. Perhaps a throw or extra blanket could be provided.
Garden Cottage is in a great location, an easy walk down to the shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of Ilkley, and near the station, bus station and theatre. We were lucky to get a parking space nearby. The cottage was immaculately clean and the host was friendly and helpful.

Extremely well designed. The kitchen was well equipped. The sofa comfortable. The shower was a good size. The bed and the duvet were very cosy and there was room to walk around the bed. There was plenty of storage for clothes. It was convenient to the town. The owner was very helpful.
