Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property is well laid out, well equipped and very relaxing. The decor is pleasant and soothing. One of the days we spent there was very wet and we stayed in most of the day, it was a pleasure to do so! The terrace off the kitchen is a big plus and offers stunning views of the Downs and the town. The bedrooms were very comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep. All in all an exceptional property which exceeded our expectations.

Isle of ManLovely and welcoming and the hosts very kindly popped some milk and a loaf of bread in for us on arrival as we got there late at night. Lovely house, great for family life. Close to a bus stop/route which took you straight into Brighton town centre (No 6 bus). There was a problem with the boiler half way through our stay, so we had intermittent hot water for a few days, but this was totally unforseen and the hosts did what they could to try to rectify it. They were very quick at responding to us when we contacted them about it too.

The location for us was ideal, convenient for Brighton without the excessive prices. A short walk to a nearby pub, where we had a nice meal.

Was expecting 3 bathrooms so should have been recorded as 2.5 , however this was not a problem. Partly chose this property as we needed more than one bathroom and lots of properties only had one.

The host, Nathalie, was very friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully presented and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. The views from the rear bedrooms and kitchen veranda were lovely. We found the location to be excellent, both for driving into Brighton and exploring the wider area; it was also close to a big Sainsburys which came in handy.

United KingdomI loved staying at Nathalie's house. It has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with fabulous views from the terrace and the bedrooms. The location is great: only 15 min walk to the nearest train station and a 10 min ride to central Brighton, or 5 min walk to the bus that takes you directly into central Brighton. I've stayed in a lot of places due to work commitments and this is by far the best place I've had, plus it was also fabulous value for the area. Nathalie was an easy and friendly host who was quick to respond, so I have no hesitation in recommending this house 100%. I will certainly be back myself.
