Receptionist (lady/ not very tall) was exceptionally helpful, friendly an welcoming. We were a bit stressy due to other factors. She was lovely. Food and waiting staff also good.

Restaurant and bar prices were perhaps on the steep side, but to be expected when associated with the Airport

A bit far from the airport. Actual price for taxi was 28£ (instead of 18£). The breakfast was ok, diverse, but not very tasty though.

Not much. Sofabed seldom makes a comfortable seat to read or watch TV..

Needed to be up early as had to be at the airport at 5am, when turning on the kettle to make coffee it tripped the electric so room was in darkness and could not see to do anything. Rang reception and they had it sorted within 5mins of contacting them.

The chair bed in the room was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had to pad it with the quilt and pillows.

The check in was confusing and we were over charged for our stay. But this was subsequently corrected when we queried the charge.

There was a function of some sort. My room was very noisy because of this. However, I told the receptionist and they moved me to a quiet room.

The room was comfortable and a nice temperature. The bed was good and the bathroom clean.

From our limited and short experience it fulfilled our expectations

For price and location this is an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and nice linen. Ours was very brief stay so we didn’t use any of the facilities. Reception staff were very welcoming even at the late hour we arrived.

Costs, parking £12.50 per day, no matter how long you are there, but standard for London I guess.. Cost of hotel seemed a lot when considering hotel was basically exactly same as other hotels like P inn, reading the hotel information made it seem that a 9 million revamp was going to be that bit better than most, it wasn't really, but more of the same. Not enough toiletries in room in that they are attached to the wall, ok if showering but need to keep getting up and down if in the bath. Reception staff courteous and efficient if not warm and welcoming. Loads of emails before visit about parking cost and some type of damages deposit of £50, although that never got taken, but only had this information after booking, which I couldn't cancel anyway if I disputed these additional costs, didn't notice this info before booking.

Good location, not too far from Gatwick. Parking was easy and plentiful. Food was great, breakfast well cooked and plenty of choice. Room was comfortable. Staff in restaurant were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy.

The bath was quite small and slippery, although shower curtain was positioned in the bath as stated on the sign it still flooded the bathroom

The charge for the car is not good, as it’s difficult to stay here without a car, felt conned, and then the bar and food is very expensive pushing the cost up again, quite misleading

location too far from airport actually, and there is no shuttle service, i had problems getting a proper rate for a taxi from the airport, getting back to the airport was fine
