Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Country style hotel and bar. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Authentic old world pub just what we were looking for. Great meals and prices cheap. Staff friendly and helpful.

United KingdomCar park is pay and display, which is free overnight but meant a ticket was required from 8am. Booked through booking.com and even though we paid in full on arrival the hotel 'automatically tried to take payment twice more in the middle of the night and has not responded to my messages about it.
The room was nice. Not in the main building. Actually accessed from a public area outside but felt secure. Nice bathroom and air conditioning. Free tea and coffee and biscuits daily. Obviously a Wetherspoons so good value food and drink. 'Posh' coffee was available with free refills from the bar at breakfast time and the breakfasts were good value and filling. Especially the freedom breakfast. (free range eggs and RSPCA bacon)

United KingdomWhilst there were no complaints about the bedroom, the location of it wasn't ideal for me as there seemed to be some sort of generator or machinery outside our window in room 5. It didn't disturb my husband, but I am a light sleeper, so it did wake me during the night. I probably should have asked for a quiet room when making the booking
Central location and excellent value. Clean and well presented bedroom and ensuit bathroom. A very comprehensive bar menu with reasonably priced meals and drinks.
