It wasn’t too close to the very city centre but was absolutely perfect for the places we were interested in (the old tow, the castle, and Usher Hall).

The property was absolutely spotless and so cozy, with very easy heating controls and wonderful kitchen / bathroom facilities. Caroline was a brilliant host and so helpful and welcoming, we greatly appreciated the attention to detail from hot drink facilities down to shortbread and even a lovely bottle of wine! We will absolutely consider this place first when we next come back to Edinburgh.

It was great. Cannot think of anything negative to say!

The property was spotless. The host explained everything very clearly when we met to receive the keys (and also great instructions on how to use all appliances). Very quiet location with no traffic noise. Some tea bags, coffee etc. left for guests. Really nice touch to have some shortbread biscuits left out for us too. Leaving was super easy as just needed to leave the keys on the table.

Caroline, the host, had provided cereal, jam, milk, tea, coffee, and bottled water which we did not expect to find as well as biscuits and other drinks. She met us there in person and gave us some great tips and advice on getting around the area. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

The property was beautiful. It had everything we needed for the weekend and more. Caroline was extremely helpful and had thought of everything in the property. The stocked cupboards and fridge was a lovely touch.

Caroline met us with the keys. She also supplied items that made it east to settle in (real milk, tea, coffee, etc). There were also many great places to eat within walking distance. You could also walk to the old town and Edinburgh castle.

Everything: Super Clean. Fridge stoked with: Milk, Water and Fridge .Cupboard lil cereals and cups of oatmeals, with Spacious Bathroom: Robes,Slippers, great lotion, soap, shampoo . Heated floors . Washer and drying rack. the large extra bedroom with a futon. a fantastic bed, comfortable living room and tv. Very close to market, cafe, restaurants . Best of all was Caroline, the property owner. She really helped with us finding parking for our VW van.

The apartment was superb, clean, modern, high spec and It was very convenient for the centre. The owner met us on arrival and was friendly and welcoming ensuring we had a parking spot. Despite calling for assistance out of hours, the owner was more than happy to assist. Additional personal touches were lovely and on line guide was brilliant.
