Nice and clean area. Very comfortable beds and amazing bbq area. Bideford Bay is very beautiful.

Excellent set up, was greeted with a message before arrival with some information on how to locate the caravan and local places to visit. Caravan was very clean and had starter pack that we wasn't expecting as we brought our own e.g. toilet rolls, tea, coffee, tea towels etc. Very close to clubhouse which was brilliant as we have 2 young children..... nothing worse then walking long distance with little ones. Would definately recommend as a get away at a reasonable price. We also took a drive to Clovelly which is absolutely stunning which was a 10 minute drive from the caravan park.

Firstly- great communication before we arrived, lots of hints and tips and clear instructions. Also photos to explain boiler for heating, fab host! Secondly - what a beautiful presented caravan in such a wonderful location! 10/10 The views from the caravan were lovely and with the caravan being on the end it felt quite private unlike some caravan sites you get!! So many lovely walks in the area and places to visit. Great park on site too, as we visited out of season we didn’t get the opportunity to see the other facilities but we are already in talks of booking to return! The caravan was beautifully presented with nice decor and extremely cosy bedding! The place was so clean and tidy - such a nice home from home feel!

Caravan was old, really needed updating and very heavy smell inside. I believe because animals was allowed inside but it was my fault. I didn’t read carefully that dog was allowed and I have allergy:(

The sharpness of the Veneer on the table needed sorting as the children would catch there self on it while sat having there breakfast

The lack of TV and Internet signal! This could easily be overcome by the owners, whilst a few others had mentioned it in their reviews I always take them with a pinch of salt and thought that perhaps they were exaggerating. But not having either is a major fail and extremely disappointing. The caravan wasn't overly clean - we lost toys under the sofa and when we collected them we could see it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The outdoor space hadn't been cleaned for quite sometime and not presented in a welcome manner - the first thing you see is the hosepipe thrown on the floor and not neatly wound up on the reel. The parking was no where near the caravan and the site itself is on a hillside, wasn't clear in the description, luckily my sister decided to join me otherwise I don't know how I would have emptied the car with a dog and a 3 year old! I dislike leaving negative comments, this is completely out of nature for me but the comments above impacted our stay quite a bit.

Little touches were a pleasure to receive - the dog treats, nice linen etc. The outdoor space was great

The TV programs and operation is definitely an area for improvement. WiFi connection would be an added bonus.

The property was clean and adequately provided for, close to a convenience store and pub with restaurant. Easy parking and friendly ambiance all round.

Kitchen equipment minimal. No cafetiere or coffee making facilities. No ice tray. Static location within park very difficult to find, particularly in dark. Suggest giving what three words location.

Our only problem and not an issue due to the caravan or hosts was that we arrived when it was dark and due to being out of season there was very minimal lighting so finding the caravan was difficult.

Glade 34 was a warm, clean and comfy caravan. The kitchen was well equiped with all we needed for our stay. There was a nice view from the outside seating area and the living area. There was a small collection of dvds to choose from which was a nice added bonus for thw evening. I cannot comment on the on site facilities as they were closed during the February half term but it looked like there was some refurbishment going on in the club and around the site. Staff at reception were very helpful and pointed us in the direction of two picturesque walks which we did on the two days we were there.
