Friendly hosts with a lovely dog. Very scenic and even had a book explaining all yhe things around. Amazing garden and up to date facilities.

Single glazed and on a fairly busy route through town, so plenty of weekend revelry / ambient noise passing by outside, plus the local police station is directly opposite, so some noise (sirens) from there at times too. Anyone with small children will want to take care around the old-school glass window panes. There is a stair-gate at the top of the narrow / steep-ish staircase. The double bed in the main bedroom felt pretty small and didn’t lead to the best night’s sleep. Wasn’t made aware that by not booking direct we were to have nearly £12 of parking charges added on, which given the ample parking onsite seems a real cheek. The resident dog’s mess in said car park wasn’t very welcoming.

Well maintained and spacious. Our family of four had the two bedroom upstairs apartment. The children (both under 10) loved the bunk-beds and crates of toys in their room. Both kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with pretty much all you need and some next extra touches with complimentary toiletries etc. There is a good sized kitchen in the apartment with fridge, cooker and microwave. Morrison’s is practically opposite the property, very handy for groceries etc.

Excellent, hosts friendly and helpful. Apartment finished to a high standard. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay , in the town but only minutes from the A47 . I would recommend Glendale to anyone for long or short stay.

Could benefit from a refresh on paint in bathroom, or a better clean as could see toothpaste splatter marks on walls from previous guests. The only other thing was a light that is over the oven and hob, would make self catering facilities top notch. ( please note to also be aware maintenance is ongoing as I think I was upgraded due to this ☺️)

Comfortable bedding and lovely few days to unwind and relax. Friendly and accommodating hosts. 24 hour check in and last minute booking welcomed. Would have stayed another night if they had space.

The apartment was very well laid out and easily accommodated our group of 4 mixed-aged family members. I feel we could have added a couple more (smallish!) people on the sofa-bed without feeling cramped. The kitchen was very well equipped which suited our needs as we enjoy cooking and eating together and had planned to self-cater on the evening we stayed. The apartment was clean and tidy, and well stocked with basics. It was lovely to access to the garden area and we enjoyed coffee and cake outside. The location was excellent - only a short walk in to Dereham where we explored the Queen Mother's Memorial Garden, the Church and Bell Tower and the town centre.

The carpet had been cleaned so was still damp, this was explained at check in so didn't spoil the experience too much

This is my second visit. Easy check-in, lovely courtyard, property was clean, kitchen well equipped (with large fridge), good Wi-Fi signal, good parking availability. There was also a Morrisons within 2 mins walking distance - great to pick up bits for the evening after a long drive! Staff were very pleasant.

Being welcomed via instructions from the ring doorbell was a little impersonal. However I can see how this works well for the owners and the shape of progress.

Close to amenities, parking and a 30/40 minute drive to the coast. The most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had. Toiletries in case you forget anything. Privacy. Clean and cosy.

Beautiful place and location with access to pretty much everything you need. Highly recommended for family stay. Will definitely revisit shortly. Keep up the excellent work and thank you very much for your hospitality.
