Perhaps the code for the key box could be intimated slightly earlier. Once we had the code and then keys, entry into the apartment was accomplished easily.

The apartment was as described and comfortably accommodated my family. We all appreciated the items that had been left, especially the youngest member! For us, the location was perfect, as it was so close to Gleneagles.

There was nothing to dislike.

Booked last minute as hotel was full due to school holidays. So glad, as found this perfect apartment a stones throw from the actual hotel. There were small boxes of cereal, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and biscuits should you wish to make use of. Had the best time here while using all of the facilities of the hotel: restaurants, spa centre and activities for my son. The balcony overlooks the hotel grounds. I can imagine it would be good to sit here in warmer weather having breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again rather than the hotel. Thank you for being a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Host as well Laura.

Everything there was nothing not to like. The place was immaculate. The host was amazing. I haven't ever stayed a better place which was due to the host Laura. She really couldn't have done anymore to make the stay perfect.

We loved everything about this warm, spotlessly clean and spacious quality apartment, within 2 minutes of the famous gleneagles hotel and a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. The apartment easily accommodated 4 adults, one bedroom made use of the main bathroom and the other bedroom had an ensuite. It had everything needed that made for an enjoyable stay. Comfy beds, quality bedding and and furniture with a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment and utensils needed should you wish to cook. One little touch that I loved was that the heating was timed to come on so that the apartment was warm and welcoming on our arrival. Laura our host left a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, bread, jams etc.....which was much appreciated after our long journey. We also loved the balcony which had views of the woods, where we relaxed and unwound whilst enjoying the sweet Scottish air. You can also enjoy the Gleneagles Hotel and grounds. We booked a meal in the Dormy, had drinks in the American bar and enjoyed a stroll around the beautiful grounds. On this occasion we went for a friends reunion but my husband loves golf so we will definitely be returning so that he can play at Gleneagles in the near future, and this place is ideal.

Policy must be spelt out more clearly. If washing/dishwashing powder, bath soap and shampoo are the responsibility of the guest then it should be made clear that those amenities will not be available. Some reviews have mentioned bread and milk being left for the guests upon arrival, I did not have any left for me.

I had family staying at the Gleneagles Resort. This property was literally in the back yard of the resort which made it very easy to spend time with them.
