The house is in a quiet spot tucked away behind Gleneagles hotel, in a private close, with parking outside the front door. Super easy to load / unload golf and luggage. It is a few minutes walk from the Glorious playground” that is Gleneagles and to hook up with people on Glenmor which we did. You can use the hotel and pay for falconry etc; but can’t tell you about other facilities as we were signed in by friends at Glenmor. The house is perfectly fitted out for a short stay, lots of towels and hot water with a bath tub for after golf soaks! Plus a comfy little lounge with a smart Tv and doors opening to a shared grass and woodland area with pine trees and sun from late morning. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lainey was on hand to answer our questions ( about the heating which worked very easily and made the place cosy. I would suggest packing slippers as the laminate floor downstairs was slightly chilly first thing. Thank you Lainey x

Only a minor thing , the timer for the heating was only 2 hours. We came back from being outside on a cold, damp afternoon and it was really cold. If it could stay on for a 3-4 hour period that would have made a big difference

Great location with short walk to Gleneagles hotel and golf course. Was very quiet and peaceful so able to relax and fully enjoy. Accomodation was lovely with everything you need. Lorraine was great and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Great to see wildlife from accomodation. Highly recommend.

We had never used a lock box before so had some initial difficulties retrieving the key but a phone call to our very helpful host guided us through the nuances of lock box life 🤣

Top notch beautiful location surrounded by woodland. Saw red squirrels, deer, rabbits and a hare while sitting at the rear of the property. Excellent bathroom and new kitchen. Particularly well equipped with top quality electrical equipment, crockery, glassware etc. Very comfortable bed. Whole duplex apartment is beautifully furnished in muted, relaxing tones. Loved the whole experience. Enjoyed walking around the Gleneagles grounds and having a coffee and cake in the hotel. Will return.

We loved everything about this property, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Apartment is located in quite area with short walk to hotel, golf & dinner. We walked to hotel for drinks and had dinner in The Dormy Restaurant which was all in a short walking distance. We have already recommended this apartment to family and friends and we will definitely return. Thank you so much to our lovely host Lorraine.

Excellent communication from the host before we arrived. The property is situated within the grounds of Gleneagles Hotel so just a short walk to the hotel itself, it was very quiet and had a lovely outlook onto trees/grounds. There was plenty of parking near to the property. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated.
