I loved everything about the property, the location, the staff/managers, the view, the restaurant, delicious breakfast and facilities. A wonderful bed & breakfast. The staff super welcoming and friendly and great value for money!

The rooms were not Clean (dirty towels, betsheets and bathrooms) however this was cleaned after mentioned to the Hosts.

We liked everything.

The owners - Valerie and John! The restaurant and bar were closed by the time we got there, but they kindly opened the bar for us and we ended up becoming fast friends and spent the evening together. They are awesome!

The lock on the bedrooms where knackered, couldn't easily use them, the apartment was poor , well in fact the worse by a mile from all the others, but the location was the Best, very disappointing to say the least. No security for parked cars. Breakfast was ok, will not be going back. heating was on all night, the room was like an oven. not good.

Furniture broken and some architraves around the cupboards missing. Bedside table light not working Entry Door handle falling off as was toilet roll holder No toiletries provided. Bed not too comfortable. Whole place needs some love. There is no restaurant even though it was advertised that it had one. Not sure if booking.com need to update info or whether it is the responsibility of the venue to ensure accurate information. Had to travel several miles into town for dinner.

The host was very pleasant and accommodating and lovely to deal with. Breakfast included eggs, bacon etc if requested

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and had a view of the sea. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was lovely. We enjoyed talking with Valerie and John, the owners. They were kind, approachable, and knowledgeable about the island. John even showed us where we were headed that day!

The shower wasn't working. We informed a member of staff about this and were told they have it looked at. Also, no running hot water. Nobody came back to us on this issue, hence not being able to shower. And considering the warm weather, this was not acceptable. Condition of the room was poor, broken toilet seat, toilet roll holder falling of the wall, curtains hanging off the railings and loose door handles. When we spoke about this at checkout, all we got was a very arrogant attitude from whom we think was the proprietor off the guesthouse. Would not reccomend this place too anyone as we definitely didn't get what we paid for. Being offered a £10 refund was a total insult. 😡

Room was very dated and tired .. TV didn't work ,Remote and hairdryer with parts missing ... very over priced as we paid half the price the night before at a b&b which was 10 times better Breakfast was average with sticky tables and dirty chairs. Signs celtaped to doors, hoover by the front door along with towel bales .. sorry to say we wouldn't recommend or stay again ..

The bedroom and bathroom could have been better finished. In the bedroom there was a bare lamp, no shade. Only one side table and lamp. Bathroom shower water temperature was erratic. The light was a bare bulb not the correct standard for a bathroom. Wires came out of the wall above the mirror were not protected. The extractor fan isolation switch was hanging from the ceiling and not properly screwed in place. The toilet seat was not fitted properly.

Breakfast was good. Well cooked and a variety of food on offer.

The pillows were not good

The location is amazing! Valarie and John are a lovely!! The accommodation felt as if it had been closed down - and we were the only guests who had been there for sometime!! I felt I was staying in renovation area . Not good! I am trying to figure what has happened here!!!
