Doors to rooms tend to slam shut and quite noisy early in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Our original accommodation had fallen through and the receptionist was very kind and gave us a room upgrade. The meal in the restaurant was lovely and all of the young staff were very nice and helpful.

We didn't like the location of our room due to the stairs on the floor. A bit strange and hard to maneuver with luggage.

Staff was great and food in dinning room was very good. Both breakfast and dinner. Front desk check out clerk was very helpful with arranging area taxi for us to airport. We did not use the pool but it looks amazing.

The room itself way very disappointing. The tv didn’t work, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low and there was only one very small mirror. The overall decor could do with an update but as a whole, it was cleanish, cheap and I was only stopping for one night. I’m sure if I’d have mentioned the tv to the receptionist they would have tried to of fixed it however. We also ate in the restaurant. Again, service was spectacular but I ordered a pizza that was described to have been hand stretched etc. this was also disappointing and tasted like a very basic frozen pizza. My friend had as also disappointed with her pasta.

Rooms were pretty dated. There was a bit of a walk to the reception, and my phone didn't work in the room to call reception. They said they had satellite TV, but they only had normal TV. It's not a huge thing, but don't claim to have a feature that you don't.

Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. I am Scot, who lives in Sydney, so I was happy to eat good old-fashioned fry ups most days. There were plenty of other options for continental breakfast, etc. It's a good place for a relatively good price.

Room was too Hot, even with the heating turned off, There was a desk fan in the room but that was too noisy for sleeping and had to open the windows and in turn you could hear the busy road noise

Has the unfortunate experience of finding a disabled toilet in the leisure area in a right mess. Went to use it and the floor and toilet seat were covered in poo. Staff were very very apologetic and obviously had it cleaned immediately.

Great hotel, been a few times but not been in 6 years! The hotel is lovely, the food lovely and the staff lovely! Also treated myself to an hour long spa treatment, facial and head massage, bliss!

If the TV was a smart TV so I could stream that would be good. Room too hot. Food took too long to arrive. Breakfast too expensive especially for a child.

Only small issue was parked under trees where birds nesting and car needed washed next morning . Park against hotel wall if can.

Excellent location near Glasgow airport and Queen Elizabeth hospital both easily accessed by bus and car. Spa facilities a bonus Staff lovely and helpful Room comfortable with easily controlled shower over bath .

Very warm reception, all staff were amazing and helped with any queries. They were courteous, polite and always happy. Our dog was made very welcome. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with ample choice.

40 minutes late for check in as rooms wherent ready , Beds so uncomfortable and squeaky , very long wait for service at dinner time and restaurant wasn't busy , quite expensive for drinks , swimming lessons on at the pool place full of children booked as a nice relaxing experience

Hotel is gorgeous..rooms are a great size the food was lovely! Breakfast is outstanding the selection was amazing! Pool sauna and steam room lovely but full of children.
