We could have done with a small side table in the smaller bedroom and a lamp, although there isn't much room so I understand why there isn't. Maybe a small shelf above the bed? There were no cleaning products except a hoover - we have young children so often need to sweep up but were unable to - a broom or dustpan and brush would have been useful!

The house had near enough everything we needed, was in a perfect location for a family break and has been finished to an excellent standard. The shower was amazing, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

WiFi wasn't the best however I noticed this throughout the area and I'm used to top speed at home. Wasn't an issue as we didn't really need to use it.

Beautiful modern home with appliances to match. So close the the beach front and also town centre. Near train station for those travelling by train. Corner shop less than minute away and shops/food places 5 minutes away.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. The master bed could have used some bedside lights, that is it really.

A beautifully ( and newly) renovated spacious property. With everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The communication from the owner was great and made it very easy to check in and out.

I think a mirror is needed in both of the bedrooms for us ladies who do hair and makeup especially as the natural light was perfect! There is a nice big mirror outside of the bathroom which is nice but maybe a plug socket next to it will be good to blow dry our hair please 😊 The beds were quite firm but if you bring your own pillows like we did, you will feel comfortable enough for your stay.

The house felt very homely, well decorated and modern with excellent facilities. We didn't need to bring anything with us because cutlery, cooking utensils and towels were all provided. Even had a washing machine including the washing pods! The free parking was excellent and was directly outside the house which was brilliant with bringing our belongings in and out of the house. A nice big TV with WiFi for the children to watch Netflix etc and sofas were very comfortable too and very clean! There is a downstairs WC which was nicely decorated and very modern as well as a decent sized wc and shower bathroom upstairs. The power shower is excellent with shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for with a nice hotel feel, this was a very nice touch! Upstairs were the main bedroom with a king size double bed and also a nice big 2nd bedroom with two small singles so was perfect size for children. My child felt very comfortable and happy during our stay at the house and said it felt like home and preferred it more than staying at a hotel. Also, the walk to the beach is literally less than 5mins away from the house. There is also a large sainsburys within a 2 mins walk from the house which is so good if you would rather cook food or buy food to eat instead of eating out. They also sold clothes like any regular sainsbury and also plenty of beach toys to choose from. There are plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel within 5mins walk or you can order from just eat to deliver, there is British food, Thai, Greek, Chinese is very nice here too., Starbucks and Costa. We didn't need to drove anywhere during our stay, we walked everywhere because everything was so close to the house!

strange bedroom arrangement .lighting needs attention , too bright in the main bedroom and no bedside lights! shower doesn’t drain away very quickly!

parking .. there was none .. no dedicated parking basically it was a free for all lucky of you got a space .. shower upstairs was not controllable … just hot or hot … could do with looking at

Typical seaside town , sadly run down in areas, the parking was very difficult to locate. Only improvement host could make us the shower drains too slowly.

property was amazing but if I was being picky could of done with some towels to dry washing up, small tv’s and mirrors in the bedrooms, black out curtains instead of blinds. curtains downstairs as when people walk past they was looking in street itself wasn’t great had neighbours loudly playing music at 4:30am. Wi-Fi was dropping in and out a lot. more glasses needed as was only 1 actual glass, instructions for heating as it was turning on and off but a great stay and great location to be able to walk everywhere

would have liked a lamp in the main bedroom, more plates and cups in the kitchen (which weren’t all clean, I’m presuming from previous guests so may need to check that) we also moved the sofa to a more convenient place for everybody to watch the tv .. parking was a bit of an issue as a lot of cars parked in the residential parking. on the first night it took us a while to find somewhere close by.

Would have liked a few larger plates (only found small side-type plates in the cupboard). Couldn't find any baking trays to use in the oven - might have missed them but I checked all the cupboards.

Done up to a very high standard, beautiful decor and furniture etc. Excellent location to take the kids to the beach and arcades, just a short walk away. Sainsbury's on the door step.
