Noisy neighbourhood due to a nightclub very close to the house. Before 1am the music shut down. The street where the house is located was very dark.

Quite new forniture and bed. Building old but fine. I did a late check-in but I got all the info and assistance to get in although there’s no reception at that time. Very easy.

The only thing we did not like about the room was the sofa in the the seating area, it was old and tired. It would be nice to have a new sofa there the next time we visit.

The location of this hotel is great. The room was excellent and Lajos was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in a walking distance.

Unfortunately being close to a disco/night club the heavy base sounds went on to late in the night disturbing my sleep.

It’s location for easy access for bus, train and local attractions and facilities.

The breakfast was quite simple. No eggs , few options of bread. if you want a great breakfast, it is worth to have it in a cafeteria around the hotel.

Breakfast wasn’t great. We were happy with the set up of self service but there were quite a few items not available yet advertised (no crumpets, bagels). And the bread and croissants were stale.

Great location, spacious family room and really comfy large beds. Very quiet - we didn’t hear a sound and we overlooked the main shopping street (there is double glazing now which has clearly worked so ignore reviews about noise).

Toilet seat was loose. Wall paint was patchy in the bathroom and the shower knob facia was missing.

Very comfortable and perfect location which was in the centre and near the castle entrance.

the lack of staff and was quite nosiy in the middle of the night with people leave or a pub or nightclub at 3am

brilliant location, only frustrating thing when checking the location when we arrived we could see the current price which included breakfast and our didn't and was over £100 cheaper than what we had booked and we thought we had a good price as non refundable when booked and paid weeks in advance

There was no internet reception in my room, the bed was completely worn out, and there is noise at night from a nightclub nearby (earplugs provided tho).

Location was excellent, self checkin was easy, staff were freindly and helpful. Good heat on a cold night. Perfect location for visiting the castle.

Not the properties fault, but the night we stayed, people were partying on the street until we’ll past 3:30 am. So, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

As we were checking in late we needed codes to get in after hours these were not sent until the end of the office day which meant if there was an issue we wouldn’t have been able to contact the staff easily. Could the codes we emailed earlier in the day if you know we are going to be late ?

The room was well appointed with a couch as well as a bed a little coffee/tea making area and an area for the kids beds. The bathroom was large. We could store our bags.

Couldn’t find the hotel by car and although I knew there was no parking, there was no drop off and we got lost trying to find it by car. A phone call to the hotel wasn’t very helpful and in the end we parked in the shopping precinct car park and walked with luggage - not ideal. More info about this would have been helpful. Also, hotel guests were going out and not shutting the door properly, so anyone could get into the hotel, especially as not staffed after 5.30pm.

Went out for breakfast - to The Ivy which was great and very close by. Very central location

inaccessible for loading/unloading, limited in-room conveniences (no fridge, end table lamps, armchairs), lumpy matress, no wifi reception in our room, sounds from nightclub next door, sealed windows.

The location was perfect. As we were in Windsor working it was the perfect distance to travel to our destination. We love the property and now you are our preferred accommodation when we work in Windsor.

Not staffed out of hours & ideally we would have asked how to get the air con in room cooler as was set at 20 degrees which would normally be fine , but was 32 degrees for our visit on 9th September 2023 and could not open windows because street noise from nightclub nearby would be too loud . We tried everything , but nothing would get temperature lower on unit ?

The location is fantastic, literally a 1 minute walk to Windsor castle ! All shops , restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Comfortable bed & everything you need there .
