I loved the cleanliness and it was well kitted out for self catering

Quite cold when first entering the apartment, however it soon warmed up when the radiators were turned on. The double bed took up most of the room and was pushed up next to the radiator, therefore could not be left on overnight. Not much bedroom walking space and if you needed to go to the toilet during the night you would need to crawl over the person sleeping close to the door. Carpark quite small and not much room to manoeuvre around. Not so keen on giving a credit card security deposit of £200 over, as you would never need to do this at say a Travelodge or Premier Inn. It’s as if there is no trust from the apartment owners.

Dining table chair material was flaking everywhere causing mess, i leafy w note suggesting a broom/dustpan would Ben good to have in the apartment.

A little too far from where we thought but great tram service and nice Italian restaurant on the doorstep so didn’t affect experience.

Slight noise from above guests and from the joining building next door on our second night.

Fantastic apartment which had everything we needed. Very clean, neat and tidy. Two huge TV screens to chill and watch TV on. Lovely bathroom with a refreshing shower. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and were always available to help sort anything out. Comfortable beds. Easy and quick access to the apartment and close free parking which made life a lot easier. 5 minute walk to the tram/bus stop to get you where you needed. Lovely chippy round the corner!

We had no complaints other than a bit of noise late on one night from other guests however this is not the fault of Granada apartments and they dealt with this promptly

We stayed in flat 1 . It was very well-equipped, even had a dishwasher. The kids loved the big smart TV for when we were back at the flat, both bedrooms has a tv, along with brilliant WIFi. Fab layout so the kids had there own room , fully equipped kitchen. Great area with lots of restaurants a few minutes walk away , we loved the Italian. Only a few minutes walk to Sainsbury's to stock up. Parking is available at the back or front. Tram stop close by if you don't want to take the car. Pleasant staff and available to help with any questions. Noise policy in place so good for family's as no wild parties will happen. No keys needed as a code is provided so no worry over loosing the key. Security deposit returned the same day. Overall we had a lovely stay and will come back to stay in flat 1 as was perfect for our family.

Parking behind the property was not easy to find. The next morning the gate was shut and I did not manage to open it without help (it was stuck). Our night was disturbed by a party next door which went on til 2am. The area around the apartment has seen better days. We did not feel unsafe but did not go out after dark because it was raining- basically not the nicest bit of Blackpool.

Nice apartment, very clean with towels. Well equipped and laid out. Black out curtains. Lovely view over the beach. Good value for money. We stayed with 5 people. It’s close to local shops, pubs and a chippy.

The lift didn’t always work so had to use stairs but this wasn’t too much of a problem

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had a good amount equipment for if we wanted to cook. Bathroom was very nice. Good location right next to the tram so could go up and down the strip, but not too close to the main parts that would be loud at night

It was very, clean and tidy, lovely big rooms with tvs in every room, also so nice little touches like, towels for everyone and the kitchen had teabags and milk Good location very close to the tram stop, and shops, cafe's

This time , it was vey noisy from 12am - 2am with rock music playing and people singing somewhere close by , so couldn’t sleep . Not sure if it was in the same apartment block , but kept me awake , which was not.good when I had to be up at 6 and had my granddaughter with me .

Clean easily accessible apartment, hosts quick to respond to request .

The only slight gripe was the small bathroom in Apt 10. Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

What I liked about this property is how helpful the staff were, how lovely the apartment was, how you could access the outside easily too. Overall amazing place to stay at and amazing staff to deal with!

Location was good - opposite a tram stop. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. Because this was an apartment, wasn't expecting tea or coffee. This was provided. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking for one car.

Shops close early and with it been family holldiay we struggoedd to find somhwere close but was our first ever time in black pool

Felt like the carpert in entrance needed changing also window in bedroom needs a seal on wind was very noisy

Quite far from north pier also lift is a bit dodgy got stuck a few times inside lift
