I liked everything about the cottage. Maybe a little sign in the parking spot that says, “not this lock box.” After a long day of travel/driving your brain isn’t working so well. Haha

The cottage was amazing and so beautiful. I loved the stone and wood throughout the cottage.

It would have been nicer if check out could have been 11am. Having to leave at 10am on a Sunday, seems very early, particularly as we couldn't check in until 4pm on the Friday.

The property was so comfortable and had everything you could need. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, so we could cook a meal easily.

We really struggled with the parking. We couldn't fit our Discovery into the covered parking bay and so had to put the car on the road. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. It would also have been useful to have a bit of information about the property and practical aspects, such as check-out procedures, rubbish, switches in the kitchen etc, within the house for easy review.

The property is warm, sumptuous and I absolutely love the style. It's one of those places where you wander around, taking inspiration from various elements to reflect in your own home. The whole place was super clean and comfortable and the village is charming with a great pub nearby.

We enjoy running and unfortunately had difficulty finding good running paths from the house. Also, make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful cottage that made our family trip very memorable. It was well stocked (laundry, kitchen, etc.) and we really enjoyed played chess and games around the fire in the living room. Don’t miss dinner or a drink at the local spots…Seagraves arms, the Fleece Inn, etc. Located in a small town, this property has a lot of charm!

We didn’t like being asked to take the dustbins out on collection day or doing the cleaner’s job of stripping the beds when we had paid a cleaning charge. Too many house rules, which made us feel uneasy. Toiletries non existent (and not enough toilet rolls) for a rental property in this price band. Lack of outside lighting from car park to cottage. 50% of the parking spaces were undercover & too small for a large vehicle. We definitely didn’t like the absolutely enormous spider in one of the bedrooms either!

We loved the peaceful location. The cottage was lovely & very tastefully furnished. Very comfy beds.

As we had the car it was fine but we did have to jump back in car soon after arrival to find a grocery shop to purchase milk for our longed for cuppa.

nothing at all, the only very minor inconvenience was just 2 parking spaces for 4 people independently travelling but again, that is nothing to do really with the cottage itself.

Cleaning fee at £140 is steep and comes with extra instructions. Living area is dark but inherent to such construction. Note that check-in at 4pm while check-out 10am might be an issue for some. Shower bit small but we managed.

Charming cottage, tasteful with lots of amenities. We did not need but looked well stocked in kitchen with basics and noticed of extra details overal (eg bags, picnic, blankets). Cute little outdoor space in front that we used. Indoor plenty of space and options for everybody to spread out. Prompt and helpful communication. Good wifi connection including for working. Very quiet -except for birds :)

I was not really comfortable being asked to follow a link to a third party but I checked with the owner's agent who confirmed it is their policy.

It's a perfect location for visiting the North Cotswolds and the property is very pretty, well-equipped and comfortable.
